My husband called again, the owner asked for his email and date of purchase and promised he would refund. There has been no... refund even after 1+ month. We give up on believing the dishonest owner. Will visit the Cary one. ?????? Very dishonest store! We went in, due to the manipulative paying system they charged us ~20 dollars in tip (note: we were there just to pick up frozenpizzas). We realized it was wrong after getting a text message about how much tip we were paying from five stars so we calledimmediately to correct the tip amount. We were promised we would get the difference back but it never showed up. Then when wecalled again the general manager had a really really bad attitude yelling that we can?t get the money back since we ?paid it?,even though it was a mistake and someone already promised they would correct the mistake and refund the difference. Straight updishonest and rude. We?re willing to tip, but not willing to get scammed like this. Read more

Staff was very friendly and helpful, so this is not a knock on them at all. Just the food. Everythjng we ordered ranged from... gross to mediocre. Smoothies were grainy and tasted like artificially flavored protein powder and not much else. Mac and cheesewas a weird kind of watery queso poured over watery noodles. All four of my kids agreed the smoothies and macaroni were not verygood. Sweet potato fries were a weird combination of limp and rubbery. I got a bowl with chicken, which was small bland dicedwhite meat, brussels weren?t cooked enough, zucchini was okay I guess, roasted potatoes were overly salted and tasted likethey?d come frozen rather than fresh. Plus the menu wasn?t very descriptive so I wasn?t sure if ingredients werecooked/dressed/shredded/seasoned or what. I was expecting to be able to see them and pick that way. I wanted a quick healthylunch for my kids and paid $40+ for food that didn?t taste good and tasted either frozen or mass-produced. We went next door andgot a donut afterwards. For this type of food Happy and Hale on 9th does a far, far better job. Maybe this is healthy as in?low-calorie? but it didn?t taste fresh or unprocessed. Or tasty. Read more

For a place called Clean Eatz, I was surprised to find pizzas, burgers and fries, and no mention of organic ingredients,... grass-fed beef or really anything I associate with the word "clean" when it comes to food and nutrition. That being said, theydo have some "clean" options that may or may not fit your dietary needs and goals. I went with a (medium size) build-my-ownbowl--which has increased in price by around a dollar (and with more upcharges for the proteins) since the menu photos posted 6months ago. The man who took my order was impatient to get back to hanging out with his coworkers while I chose my ingredients. The limit of 1 base and 3 vegetables was a little disappointing compared to other places that are more flexible/generous. Aftersome wait (it's cooked to order), my bowl came out. The components were very lightly seasoned and plain, relying on the sauce(s)for flavor. After adding some salt and pepper, teriyaki and goddess sauce, it was ok. The "roasted" carrots were still mostlycrunchy, and the farmed salmon (+$2) pale and bland. The sauces were each mediocre, and I yearned for some herbs, sesame seeds,or perhaps pickled red onion to liven things up. It also didn't have quite enough brown rice (the base I chose) for the amountof veggies and protein. Overall, swing and a miss for me, and I could have easily cooked a better version of this at home. Forthe price and "clean" or cleaner ingredients with better flavor (and faster! and outdoor seating!) I'd go back to Chipotle orPanera around the corner, Tasu Express (for poke) or even Moe's. Found this place while on my way to Moe's for a random craving. Glad I did bc then I found Clean Eatz and looked them up... online. For the last month or so been getting food off of their meal plan that changes weekly. I will have to say that I enjoy95% of what I get there. And even better since it is week to week ordering I can skip a week or some weeks get low carb mealsand other weeks get the regular meals as is. It is much more affordable and sustainable than other meal plans and best of allit is clean eating in a fast casual setting. The staff is friendly when I come in and answer any questions I have about theirfoods. Will continue with them as a healthy and convenient option as long as I can afford it. It had helped me make better foodchoices as I am less likely to get unhealthy fast food if I have this already at home and it takes minutes to heat up. Read more
