Poor Service - Staff unable to speak English when you are trying to request items for your order - putting food on the spoon for... bowls then shaking it off to decrease portions. Will not be back here or possibly any Chipotle- Will go to Mo's or an authenticTex-Mex Restaurant. Read more
I went out of my way(drove 10 miles since my nearest chipotle closes at 7pm) and ordered a good high protein and carb meal after... my workout, they took my order fine but all my double protein and double carbs was billed for someone else as I got someoneelse's food until i reached home which i found out... This location has nice staff who are super friendly; however I believe the ingredients could be more fresh. I have gotten food... poisoning twice from this location in a span of two months both from chicken bowls. The lettuce is almost always wilted and theguac looks brown most of the time. Also, the burritos are never wrapped properly. They always unravel as soon as you open them.I would highly suggest going to the Fordham Blvd location instead. I won?t be back to this location. Just drive the extra few minutes to a different chipotle. Gave me a bowl of rice with 3 little pieces of meat (I?m not even... joking, it was a quarter scoop). I asked for a little more and got charged $5 for extra meat when I barely got a little overhalf a scoop total. $16 for the worst burrito bowl I?ve ever had. Read more
The employees here have been very generous with their scoops of late, and for this I am grateful. The location is a bit tougher... to get to than I?d like, because the street planners here seemed to have some strange philosophies, but besides this, I wouldsay that this Chipotle is one of the best places around to eat, and certainly a location of solid standing even among the localChipotles that I?ve been to. My husband went in and ordered my food to go. I got a burrito bowl the exact same way I always do. The food was absolutely... disgusting to the point that I couldn?t even continue eating it. I figured I?d call this morning and simply ask for my bowl tobe replaced. Well, the phone number on the receipt and on the web takes you to an automated system that refuses you to speak tostore staff. After calling again and again and finally saying the right things so that I could get through to a manager, itsaid, ?okay, I?ll try to put you through, but staff is not usually available to answer phones?? ?where does this happen in fastfood?! As I should?ve expected, no one answered and here I am with disgusting food and money in the hole. Read more
