I ordered a Chick-fil-A sandwich today to be delivered to my house, the driver who delivered it, said they forgot to add the... cheese but another driver would bring a sandwich with a cheese. (I didn?t ask them to bring me a second one and probablywouldn?t be too upset if they didn?t). The second driver arrived 10 mins after and dropped this off? I?m not sure if they weretrying to be sarcastic or not but this is unacceptable. Read more
Not only was the food absolutely terrible, but I had a lovely drive through encounter with a girl who decided to make some smart... remark knowing her headset was still on. What's worse is when we asked who was the girl who took our order the person told ustwo names but had made the comment that it was probably the other one. I will be calling tomorrow and with all these lovelyreviews on this distinct location maybe some new management needs to be acquired. Zero stars. Read more
I?ve been several times. I?ve had it. I went in with 5 kids so I let them know I am getting it to stay but I?ll be on the patio.... After waiting 20 minutes for our food, I finally took all the kids in and instead of bringing it to us, they put it on the to gograb table. It had sat there 20 minutes (which is the fastest they have ever filled an order there!) The receipt even said onit, ?patio? yet they never brought the food out. They just gave up on finding the customer and left the food to cool. :( This isjust my most recent terrible experience at this specific location. Don?t go. Read more
I have to change my 5 star rating. I've been very disappointed with this location the last few months since they re-opened. My... family gets takeout there about once a week & we spend over $30 each time. The portions have gotten very small. The menu haschanged and they don't allow large drinks with combo meals anymore along with other restrictions. A large frosted lemonade usedto be $3.75 now it's only available in a small and it costs $4.25. There is no consistency. I order 3 cups of icecream for mykids and each one is filled to a different level. When I mentioned it the employee told me "we just fill it until it goes." WhenI asked what that means she just repeated it. Last time they were all filled halfway. The fruit cup portions are now half fullas well. The amount of fries is barely filled to the top. The frosted lemonade and shakes are underfilled. The nuggets, chickensandwich and fries are either very over-cooked or under-cooked. They consistently forget food items, utensils, napkins, strawsand condiments. When I get to the pick up window they are asking the name for the order like 3 times and ask what I ordered. It's very chaotic. The kids meal toys used to be really good but the last 6 weeks has been this lame movie ticket book. Whenthey have a decent toy they won't let me buy an extra one for my child that only eats the mac & cheese. We eat there oftenbecause it's healthier than other fast food places and on the nights we can't cook it's necessary to get something quick. It'sclear that Chick-fi-a has decided to focus on making money by cutting portions and menu options that we still pay full pricefor. They are consistently inconsistent and that is unacceptable for the high prices they charge. UPDATE: I gave this locationone last chance. They made my sandwich wrong twice in a row and took forever. I ordered no lettuce and tomato and they just madeit the same. Went home with 2 extra sandwiches no one would eat. They put 8 nuggets and a medium fry i Read more

This location is unbelievable. We travel across the country and every chic fil a is fast efficient. We sat in the drive through... line for 30 minutes, with less the 10 car infront of us!! This line in Texas would be run through gotten. Food and gone in lessthan 10. Unbelievable slow, no service outside at all!!! No one outside to help or take payments or anything. Also they have 1person running 2 drive throughs. Not alternating between the 2, but doing 3 or 4 people at 1 line then 1 from the other snd backto the first. Maybe they need to pull managers from other locations or states to help them learn the chi fil a way. Read more
