The service is good and the food is good but I couldn't finish the sandwich I used to enjoy so much. The salt content is too... high for me now. One of the best chick fila in Durham! Hands down been going for 4 months and they remember me and my buddy. Just feel bad for... all the rude customers these people have to deal with sometimes. For as busy as they are sometimes and how hard they work as ateam they really don't need attitude at the end of the night. Order accuracy goes to 9/10 ( holding that one cuz they stingywith my sauce sometimes ) other than that this one is just a good one quick, warm food , and fresh fries. Read more

Typically love Chick-fil-A. But this last time was the final straw. Got in line for breakfast at 10:26. 1 person in... front of me ordering. Took 4 min for that 1 person to order. Nobody else around. I already left a review on Yelp but to inform the community on google. This location is not worth a star rating. I?ve never had... to leave a review for Chick-fil-A before because they?ve been outstanding where I live at. It?s a shame how bad this locationis. I never had to wait so long for my food in drive thru. It felt like 10 minutes had passed. Shout out to the guy who took myorder, he was great and still in training. I ordered a Spicy Chicken sandwich meal with no pickles and half/half to drink. Let?sstart with the fries that I eat on my way home and they we?re lukewarm almost cold. I didn?t even receive a full carton. Ireceived the bits and pieces of the fries. The drink was trash; it tasted expired. As a breastfeeding mother I have to eat a lotof calories and stay hydrated but I had to wait until I got home to have something to drink. I just ate the fries because I washungry. I just ordered from this location and there was a long strand of hair stuck in my chicken sandwich. I know it wasn't my hair due... to the fact the hair strand cant be taken out and seems to be fried in. I didn't notice the hair until after taking severalbites of the sandwich. I'm truly disgusted and turned off by Chickfila at this point. I usually don't make a big deal aboutmessed up orders, but this time is unacceptable. Read more
Worst experience. Initially we went to ask for our drinks after our order was given to us. We got our drinks and the employee... gave us another 2 drinks, my mom told her we already got our drinks and the employee said we could keep it anyways. The managerthen takes the 2 drinks out of my mother hands and tells her she can keep the straws. That was absolutely unnecessary andembarrassing for my mother. It made her very uncomfortable. I wasn?t able to catch the manager name but it was on 12-3-22 around9:55am. I really hope this doesn?t happen to anyone else. Read more
