Awful customer service I went on Sunday and ordered food in the drive thru and once I was done paying the male employee slammed... the window and with no thank you or anything. They took too long to give me my food. This will go out of business anytime now. Read more
Food was just luke warm. Staff was disorganized and it took way to long to get our food based on how few customers were there at... that time. Much better this time, whopper with cheese meal was tasty and service was better. Still decent tries one ig theimpossible burgers. It was very good but was only luke warm. Read more
This was the worst experience I've ever had. My whoppers weren't extra hot,heavy all and cut in half. The bread wasn't toasted... and the food was cold. I called to make a complaint and the calls go straight to a fax machine. I'm very disappointed and I'mnever coming to this burger King again. Read more
Stopped by after a long day of work, order the Southwest bacon whopper meal. I asked for the DOUBLE!!!! They charge me... accordingly. I get home, take a shower. Then sit down to eat. Only to discover my Double burger is a single. I find out theyscrewed my food up, when there was only one other car in the drive-thru; and they're closed now. When I pulled up one of their Cooks was outside smoking a cigarette and visible sight of the customer he went in once he saw me... going in he didn't prepare my food thank God but the other guy was texting on his phone he didn't wash his hands he put on hisgloves and prepare my food.
