Getting Better. i stopped here on my lunch break last week and the dining area and restrooms were much cleaner than they used to... be. Also the food was a little better than usual and service was efficient. Hopefully they maintain. Read more

I went to the drive-thru and they are always kind and efficient. I really love the taste of their burgers; nuggets usually fresh... not hard & I LOVE you can get any kind of drink from them-their drink machine is great Read more

The hours say they open at 6am and the lights were on and ppl inside but I guess choose when they want to open because I came... through the drive thru at 7:30am and one of the employees said they were closed?!! Idk how this Burger King at this location isstill in business? It looks like someone threw black paint all over the order screen?! Good luck with your order. Needs bettermanagement or more ppl! Horrible experience. I was stuck in drive thru for almost 20mins. They had to take each person's order maybe 2 at a time and... then take another order. They couldn't handle it. My preferable Wake Forest location at gateway Commons would have had me out in5mins Read more

Please do not go here during lunch time. We spent ten minutes in line watching people drive off. No one was taking orders?!... Should have been red flag number 1. After another 10 minutes watching the 2 cars in front of us have their orders taken. we hadto wait another 5 once it was our turn. The employee had a really difficult time taking our order, really simple, a ch'kingcombo and an impossible whopper sandwich no pickles. Had to repeat myself multiple times only to find out they hadnt taken ourorder once we pulled up to pay. The employee taking our money didn't ask if we had ordered 2 cheeseburgers, she was sayingthat's what we were going to get? We were like no, I'm letting you know that's not what we ordered. She angrily stated that wedidn't place an order... I started to let her know what our order was only for her to say that she didn't take orders at thewindow, she only takes money. Only for her to bring someone making the food to take our order and have us pay there? Don't knowwhy she couldn't do anything about it, but seems like a poor way to handle a drive thru... We repeated our order for theumpteenth time. Only to be charged for the incorrect combo. I checked the receipt and spoke with the employee at the nextwindow. She brought the manager. I again repeated our order only for the manager to walk away and do nothing? The cashier thensaid they have no ch'king sandwiches anymore.... At that point I was just like give me any chicken sandwich you have. I don'tcare anymore. They then handed me another drink I hadn't asked for? Then they pulled us up only to bring out food out not even10 seconds later? This location clearly needs to retrain staff to handle all tasks required of them in their position ascashier, line cook, and manager. Also some teamwork and communication would be great. Read more

Avoid at all costs! I've frequented this BK for a while since it's the only one close to my work and they've always had issues,... but not like today. Today I sat at the drive through order board for 20 minutes being told "just one more minute please" as carswere honking. The line got long enough that people couldn't pull out of parking spaces! They've left me waiting before but neverlike this. Add to that the ~50% correct order rate and this place is a no-go. There are plenty of other options near by. If youwant a burger, go to Cookout instead. Read more

Locked doors at 7:05 pm. Seems like they don't want to clean up so they just lock em out. Over all the food is good but... they've messed up my order replacing mozzarella sticks for some real soggy chicken fries. If they were faster and more accurateat the drive through them locking the doors would be acceptable. But they don't, overall average nothing stellar customerservice wise.
