Unfortunately, all of my food was handed to me cold. I couldn't even eat it, and drove to the Bojangles on NC 55 to order again.... I wasn't disappointed there. The food was hot and edible. Read more
Time of day was 4pm so, went to drive-through. Line wasn't extremely long. Order placed, food was hot, just, didn't receive... condiments nor utensils. I guess the cashier either forgot or overlooked. Overall, as long as order was correct and food washot, we were okay. Still would return for future visits. Read more
I went thru drive thru and I asked for season on my fries and I don?t get anything on them I ordered 3 3 pc supreme and 1 2 pc... supreme!!!! My food was cold and nasty !! Absolutely poor. I was in line for 15 minutes last night, cars wrapped around the parking lot, and got to the speaker to find... out this location doesn't honor the "all day breakfast" promised by the company. Since all I really wanted was a biscuit, Iplaced my order for a full 3 piece supreme dinner entree. I got to the window and paid for my food, and I had a feeling I shouldhave checked it because once I got home I realized that my sides of mac & cheese and mashed potatoes & gravy were refrigeratorcold, and tasted disgusting. And there was no biscuit in the box. The only thing that was right in the order was the drink. Thesupremes were small, and they were the only thing remotely warm in the box. And there was a pinto bean in the mac & cheese (whatif I was allergic to them?), and there was a tiny bit of gravy on the "mashed potatoes" that tasted strongly of white vinegar.Long story short, I want my money back and won't be visiting this location again if I can help it. Overall it is very good. Just wish the biscuits where more flurry. They are too flat. Clean inside and outside. One thing I... didn't like is the employees just outside the door to coming in. Hot food. We went at lunch time and the drive-through line was pretty long. The line kept moving every minute or so, therefore... the time in line didn't take that long. Everything in my order was prepared correctly. The staff was pretty nice while workingtheir butts off. Read more
