This location needs to step into 2022 quickly. Tried to order from the app ahead of time, but this location doesn't offer that... option.....So we ended up waiting a very long time for our order, and when we finally did receive the food, it was not great. Read more
Customer service was great! The food and drink were okay. This store needs to call Pepsi to have the drinks calibrated.
Filet egg Biscuit, picnic fry, and sweet tea was I ordered for Breakfast. It was hot and fresh food. The tea was perfect and so... was my order. I was in and out with in 5 mins at the most. The service was good, the team was polite, and the place was clean. Read more

Food was ok, but the place was filthy. They obviously do not care about how clean the restaurant looks and that makes a person... wonder what the kitchen looks like. Disgrace. Dead cockroach inside at the front door. Everyone was lethargic working there. My biscuit was smashed into a patty and... the chicken was flat and dry. The bo rounds were UNseasoned, which I didn't think was possible. The order they gave me waswrong. My spouse and I couldn't even eat our order. Really disappointing and an insult to the Bojangles franchise. Read more

VISITED THIS LOCATION NOV 27th IT WAS CLOSING TIME I ORDERED MY FOOD AND WAS HELD UP IN THE DRIVE THRU BC THE WINDOW CLERK WAS... TALKING/FLIRTING WITH A CUSTOMER PASSING HER PHONE ETC AND THEN SHE PROCEEDED TO TAKE HIS VAPE AND SMOKED IT, I WAS SHOCKEDTHINKING TO MYSELF IMAGINE WORKING IN THE FOOD INDUSTRY & HANDLING THE CUSTOMERS FOOD IN THAT MANNER ITS UNACCEPTABLE,UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISRESPECTFUL/DISGUSTING SHE NEEDS CHOOSE A JOB OUTSIDE OF THIS INDUSTRY WITH THAT LACK OF CARE SHE CARRIESMANAGER OR SHIFT LEADER WAS RIGHT BESIDE HER AS WELL GOOD DAY Read more
