There was a male tall staff member who happened to attend the same Howard university as a visitor as my traveling companion. ... He made you feel welcome that you stopped in. The waffles and chicken along with the honey breakfast biscuits was delicious. A nice place to dine in or pick up something light not heavy but enough to keep you awake to continue traveling and fulfill thegrumbling sounds of your stomach When you didn't eat anything in the a.m. before getting on the road. Stopped by here about 30+ minutes until closing and the woman who spoke with me at the 2nd window/register was very rude. I... couldn't get her name but she was of lighter complexion with reddish/pink hair. As soon as she opened the window she immediatelyhad a nasty attitude and I considered just pulling off because she greeted me VERY rudely and I wanted to refrain fromresponding with the same animosity as she did. I told her the system was down so I decided to just place my order at the windowand she then retorted back "yeah that's because we're closed, what do you want? We're out of chicken, eggs, etc.". Typing thedialogue doesn't do justice for how disrespectful she was and I understand customer service/food can be frustrating but no onedeserves to be talked to that way. Biscuitville specializes in breakfast and they do it very well. They have probably the best breakfast biscuits out of all the... fast food restaurants. The only downside is because they are the best the lines are usually long. Would highly recommend themto anyone. Read more
Ion where to start??.spicy honey chicken was cold fries colder with way too much seasoning combo was horrible?..bacon platter... was disappointing to the point I literally just threw it all away bacon was burnt fries was loaded with seasoning after we askedfor no seasoning on the fries?.. and the sausage platter with the extra biscuit was doughy sausage was dry and over cooked hisgrits was watered down and under cooked which was an indication that the grits was not cooked completely?.. and if there wasnothing else that could go wrong the sweet tea was missing the sugar?? I want the 23.07 back asap?. Customer service was horrible the 2 grill cooks couldn't make food for staring at us the young lady that took our order was... either new or had anxiety issues and just walked away while taking our order. There was a period where this location had gotten really bad, but whatever they've been doing lately has REALLY turned it... around. Great breakfast options and food tastes fresh again. Even the person taking the orders at drive-thru has been nice and Ihadn't realized how much that affects the entire experience. I've been telling coworkers and friends that this is a goodBiscuitville location again. Maybe they have more help in the back now. Whatever it is, it's working. Read more
Haven't been to a biscuitville in 20 yrs, biscuits seem drier, my wife enjoyed her waffle sandwich. Very busy, only one register... taking orders, very noisy. Stale decor. Coffee was good. Read more
