I'm a Southern gal, yet this is the absolute BEST shrimp and grits I've ever had! We came in as a loud and excitable table of 16... and we were WELL taken care of, the service was superb! The food was great. Everyone working in the restaurant was incredibly helpful and friendly.
We have ordered from here several times and really enjoyed it. However, it seems as if something has changed. The past few times... our experience has not been good. One time our order was incorrect and missing parts, the next time we waited an additional 20minutes after our pick up time. This most recent order was even worse. Our pick up order was delayed, the food quality and tastewas very disappointing and our order was made incorrectly. I get that every one/business has a bad day every now and then, butunfortunately we will likely not return to Bennett Pointe. Read more
