Such a convenient location but rude staff and absurd policies as always! New closing time is 8pm, but I went at 6:15pm and the... lobby was closed?drive thru only. Since I walked there, I asked if there was any way to order. Staff member told me no, you haveto have a car. So ridiculous, as I was right there and all I wanted was a cone (and I said that)?could?ve just walked it to thedoor really quick. And nowhere is this whacko policy posted. It has been a while since I have been to this establishment becausethe employees are always so rude and the food is always burnt, but I thought it had been long enough and since I was justgetting a cone they couldn?t burn anything. Extremely rude staff. We weren?t even in the door 30 seconds and weren?t allowed to look at the icecream flavors we were told to... go to the register and pay first. Half of the flavors were either almost empty or looked melted. Whole time we were seated theywere complaining behind the counter to themselves. Read more
Worst service of any place I've ever been. Staff is very rude - gave us and customers behind us attitude - clearly don't want to... be there! Horible service. I came at 850pm, granted i know its late but google said they close at 10. The door was locked and the worker... inside said they close at 9. (They should still have the door open if its not 9 yet!) He said i could go to the drive through ifi really wanted so i did. The light was out and they dont have ice cream flavors listed on the sign so i asked what they have,ive never been here before, and the worker just said "the regular kinds" i asked whats that, he said "you know the kinds thateveryone has" how am i suposed to know what ever other place has?? It wouldnt be hard for him to list off 4 or 5 flavors... thenafter getting 2 seperate waffel cones and 2 flavors i paid and left only to bite into my cone and almost throw up because ittasted like it had sat out for 3 days. I ended up only eating half of my icecream and threw the entire cone away. What a wasteof my time and money. I will NOT be going back to B&R, id rather go to DQ. Read more
Dont order a ice cream cake from this location. I purchased an ice cream cake from this location. Before, I even arrived home my... cake fell apart. I never had this happened at any other competitor or Baskin Robbins. Disappointed with product and will neverpurchase there again. . Read more
I came at 7:30pm and asked for an ice latte and they told me no because they just cleaned the machine and it takes 40 minutes to... clean. They close at 11pm I could understand if it was like 10:30 and they already cleaned it. Also the $7 large milkshake Ireceived was extremely watery and well below the full line. Read more
