Whomever was working the drive thru the evening of Thursday 12/1/22 was the reason for the 5 stars. You couldn't ask for more... courteous person that truly seemed to be trying to satisfy the customer. We have consistently got what we expect from Arby'sfood from this location. Read more

I came in the store to pick my online order that wasn't ready til 15 minutes after it's ready time. When I came in, I didn't... receive a Hello, or welcome. I waited up at the register for 5 minute to get "One minute Sir" The lady working at the front wasonly doing drive thru and was constantly going on about how she can't wait to leave. It was unprofessional. A new manager cameup and said hello to me and offered her help. If it wasn't for the new manager, service would have been a 1. I do not recommendthis Arby's! Read more

Mac and cheese is gone but the Gyro was great . the Fries were double cooked and burned to a crisp Which is disappointing . If... not for the fries this would be a four or five for sure Read more

How does a place that sells mostly roast beef not have any because it's still cooking. Nobody in the store could tell me when... it will be ready???????? Really Arby's you got to do better I used to come here often now it's hit or miss if they are going tohave product to sell that day or employees to work or any of the multiple excuses I have heard the past few months. Ok so I literally walk 3 blocks or maybe even 4 blocks and it's 9 pm and the dine in closed at 8pm which I didn't know bc it's... after the pandemic so u would think that being a fast food bizness they would want to stay open especially at this location bcthere is Duke University within walking distance and a lot of apartments and motels and 85 hwy has a exit right there also soclosing at 8 pm is ridiculous bc drive thru was open till 11 so I was at the place I walked several blocks to go eat at them Iwalk to the drive thru order box and nobody acknowledged me period and then a car pulls up and I am standing right there and sheasked to take the order of the car..but mind it when it leaves I am standing there and nothing. So I walk around to the windowand I wait for that customer to get service even tho I was clearly b4 then but wasn't even spoken to. The woman working wasfinished and slams the window and I said I had walked several blocks to come eat here and b4 I could finish said no walk ups andwaves bye and other employees are standing there laughing like I was nobody..not a customer but like I was trash that deservesto get no service. Sad as it was that the employeea acted like that towards me but I am trying to figure out how a bizness stayssustainable and thriving if they have poor customer service for 1 but to laugh at a me is poor management for 2 and u have to beopen past 8 pm in the evening in that area bc the reason ur store is and was absolutely dead the 30 mins I had only 1 car pullup and it was dead walking to the store and dead leaving and walking away still completely dead. So ur bizness is clearlysuffering at this point I and everyone around this area also notice ur suffering bizness so u might want to change thefundamental operations first to be open to serve customers. I did not have any issues until about 8pm the evening of Friday, 8/5/22; I walked into the dining area to order and I was forced... out because they said they were closed. One other person was waiting and the male worker said she was the last person. As Iwalked out and a woman worker said lock the door. I sat in my car for about 4-5 minutes and a customer with a bag, whoapparently ordered earlier walked inside. The same male employee then locked the door behind him. I have never dealt with thistype of rudeness from any location, particularly this one until tonight. If the drive thru was open and the dining room was openas well, they could?ve allowed me to order and declared me as the last walk up order. As I read some of these reviews I willco-sign on the poor customer service they received from some of the employees but not all. Read more
