First off why advertise something you don't even have yet? Wanted to try the cinnamon caramel milkshake was told it's not in... stock yet we don't have it. My french fries were in-between half cooked and half raw, my boyfriend's sandwich meat was raw andpink and completely inedible. There was two people already in line waiting for their food when we arrived and I'm not sure howlong they had been waiting but I'm guessing it was a while because they were angry once they got their food. Tried the fish wrap for the first time, asked for it to be cooked fresh. Very flavorful! The service was great and even though... i asked for it fresh and told them I?ll pull up and wait, didn?t seem that long ??????most places won?t even honor that, I?vehad places say, it?s already cooked fresh or we have it coming up now and that not be the case?. I'm not really sure why I even attempt to go here anymore. Last time I went, the wait was about 15 minutes long and the food was... cold and tasteless by the time I received it. This time I didn't even get that far, because 45 minutes had passed from the timeI ordered with two cars still ahead of me before I decided to cut my losses and leave before I started to eat parts of myvehicle out of sheer desperation. I get that staffing fast food places has been rough lately on account of these places notwanting to give anyone a decent wage, but there are 7 other fast food restaurants in the immediate vicinity of this Arby's and Ihave never waited more than 15 minutes at any of them. This Arby's seriously needs a major procedural overhaul, or to just closedown at this point, because it has been steadily going downhill for over a decade now and I just don't think there's any hopefor this place to even achieve the bare minimum of what people expect from a fast food restaurant, which is literally just'food', (reasonably) 'fast'. They do a good job with the expected food quality, the staff is pleasant, but the dining room is often closed. I don't want to... eat in my car! Every time this happens I go elsewhere. I am about to stop even trying. Update 5/20/22: Dining room closedagain today at lunch. I am DONE with this location. Read more

Only been to this location a few times but the staff had always been friendly even if not speedy. Greeted with a smile and... offered a drink if there was a wait after I placed my order. Even address you by name (they take your name for your order), soit's nice when they say, "We're just waiting on your chicken sandwich Mike. Would you like a drink while you're waiting?" Yes,drinks are cheap but it's nice when a fast food place keeps you updated on your order rather than just disappearing somewhere inthe back. Food here comes hot though the fries are sometimes hard and dry from the heat lamp, but if they are just awful theyhave dropped fresh ones for me. Can't ask for much more from fast food. Read more
