They have good food variety and it tasted good, but the staff seemed to be not getting along well, and this affected service.
Why are they taking all of the good stuff off the menu? Is no one going to Arby's anymore? Not a good sign.
This place is literally a 50/50 for food quality. Ordered a classic beef cheddar and the meat was spoiled, it even smelled bad.... Terrible, y'all at minimum can check if the meats are bad! Read more
Visited the Roxboro Rd location at 2:30pm on 9/18. Not one customer in the store. I stood there alone for about 2mins. Waiting... to see if someone would notice me standing there. A worker came to clock in but she never acknowledged me. I felt invisible smh.Then while I watched the young man fixing a sandwich in the cooks area while wearing no gloves. He was breaking up a piece oflettuce. He then grabbed two tomatoes with bare hands while wiping them on his pants then continuing to fix whoever was in drivethru food. It was at that moment....I was out. Change my mind about this location immediately. COVID, Monkey Pox and all kindsof viruses are still a major health concern. I could only hope the stores GM reads this and thinks this is unacceptable. Idecided to spend my money elsewhere. Read more
