The food was excellent! My gripe was with the supervisor. Our meals were served promptly, however, our waitress never came back.... Apparently she had a party of 18. I certainly understand that but management should have made certain that someone else steppedup. Once explained, he 100% agreed and comped our meal. Appreciated the gesture and his humility. Great service. Since I have a seafood allergy they went back and checked with the kitchen to see if there was fried food that I... could safely have. I was told that all of their food is in the same fryer and it wouldn't be possible to eat anything fried. My heart was set on a burger and fries but that wasn't in the cards. Instead I ran across the street to Blaze and ate my pizzaat Applebee's with my wife who was able to enjoy her entree. Read more
I liked it, I haven't eaten at an applebees for over 25 years, I never really enjoyed what they had. We tried it and it was... good. Service was slow however that could be a staffing issue. Food was server hot and edible! Would return. Read more
I ordered Flavored drinks and received Fountain Drinks, only one was approved of since you guys didn't have lemonade, but not... this blue mountain dew that I don't drink. Is there a food shortage? Was you guys running low tonight? And the chicken wasactually dry even though it looks moist. This was a very disappointing experience again. The last time I ordered the GrilledOriental Chicken Salad and asked for extra sauce and got none ???? the whole purpose of the salad is the dressing. Please dobetter it's not just about a refund. Not entirely sure what we were expecting, but what we got was not great. $5 drink specials are fun in theory, except that the... sugar is the only thing getting you drunk in these. Plus, they were out of gummy sharks for the shark bowl (main draw)? majornegative that they didn?t communicate that upfront. Another sore point- my vegetarian friend got the dip trio as her main. Butonly two of the dips showed up because they were still making the guacamole. 15 minutes later still now guac? when she asked,they said it was frozen and they were trying to warm it up. Hmm. When it finally showed up, the waitress brought it with a to-gocontainer because we were all already finished with the meal. FYI riblets DO have bones in them? don?t choke. Read more

ight so boom. i came with my two friends. we got there at around 8pm. server was sweet but inattentive. we were on ice for our... whole meal. the food took over 30 minutes to come out. me and one of my friends got our food and it was delicious, my otherfriend?s entree though?. not so much. she ordered the four cheese mac with the honey chipotle chicken tenders and received this.now i?m not the smartest cookie in the jar but it?s definitely giving chicken nuggets or boneless wings?and the sauce was onskimp. so we let the waitress know and she suggested bringing out the actual tenders, which she did, but that took another 15minutes. by the time they got there the pasta was cold. so we talked to the manager and he promptly brought out the correctdish. it was good but at that point it didn?t matter. like the vibes were ruined. probs won?t come here again :P Read more
Dont come here. We waited over an hour for all of our food. It was cold. My steak was well-done, not medium rare. We had 7... mushrooms as a side and maybe 1/8th an onion. We complained to our waitress and she almost cried over all the drama that ishappening here. Long story short, the cook is super slow and bad at their job. And the manager is apparently a joke.
