The food was excellent! My gripe was with the supervisor. Our meals were served promptly, however, our waitress never came back.... Apparently she had a party of 18. I certainly understand that but management should have made certain that someone else steppedup. Once explained, he 100% agreed and comped our meal. Appreciated the gesture and his humility. Great service. Since I have a seafood allergy they went back and checked with the kitchen to see if there was fried food that I... could safely have. I was told that all of their food is in the same fryer and it wouldn't be possible to eat anything fried. My heart was set on a burger and fries but that wasn't in the cards. Instead I ran across the street to Blaze and ate my pizzaat Applebee's with my wife who was able to enjoy her entree. Read more
I liked it, I haven't eaten at an applebees for over 25 years, I never really enjoyed what they had. We tried it and it was... good. Service was slow however that could be a staffing issue. Food was server hot and edible! Would return. Read more
I ordered Flavored drinks and received Fountain Drinks, only one was approved of since you guys didn't have lemonade, but not... this blue mountain dew that I don't drink. Is there a food shortage? Was you guys running low tonight? And the chicken wasactually dry even though it looks moist. This was a very disappointing experience again. Dont come here. We waited over an hour for all of our food. It was cold. My steak was well-done, not medium rare. We had 7... mushrooms as a side and maybe 1/8th an onion. We complained to our waitress and she almost cried over all the drama that ishappening here. Long story short, the cook is super slow and bad at their job. And the manager is apparently a joke.
