A couple of close friends and I ate here while traveling through Colorado. This place is special. I enjoyed one of the best... salads I?ve ever had in my LIFE, not exaggerating. The Summer Strawberry salad: Strawberries, blueberries, tofu, greens, andmore. And oh that dressing! Fresh ingredients and the best tasting cooked tofu I?ve ever had?yes, in my life! I?m 64, halfAsian, I know tofu. The staff here is friendly and hard working; they earn their tips. Wish I could visit more often but I?ll beback someday. Good for a non health food guy too. Brought my wife there for their build your own bowl, which she thoroughly enjoyed. I wasnt... expecting to find something I'd like, but I came away very happy. I ended with a grilled turkey Reuben sandwich that wasawesome. Good cookie too. I'd go back just for their sandwiches. Read more

Amazing restaurant with a lot of healthy food options. It can get pretty busy during lunch (which is a good sign) but rest... assured it?s worth the wait. It was very nice of the staff to apologize for extended wait which showed that they cared aboutcustomers. We got some soups and salads which were ready in minutes and we had only good things to say. So glad to find a healthy, tasty restaurant when visiting from out of town????Had the Thai peanut salad ????with chicken and it... was very fresh and colorful. I prefer my dressing a tiny bit sweeter but it was good and refreshing. The foccacia bread was anice touch. Took my meal and enjoyed it by the River Walk. Read more

Been there twice. First time based on the reviews and high rating. The food was great but I waited at least 20 minutes after my... partner received her food to eat a simple order. They simply forgot about my order altogether. The staff felt sorry and gave mea free pastry which was also delicious. The restaurant can improve on the organization behind the counter when it comes toordering. It seems stressful for the staff the way it is set up. The flavor and quality of food is good. I went a second time tosee if there would be a better experience and this time I was not the only one waiting because they forgot both our orders thistime due to the same ordering process the resturaunt has set up. I highly recommend this place if you want to wait about 20minutes and get back home with bubble guts. Peace out????? Read more
