We order from here ever time we visit the area. Placed a to go over the phone. Drove 30 mins to pick up. Then hit with a 20%... charge... for picking up. Had to ask bartender twice. "You're charging me for picking up my order?" "Yes, sir". Zero mentionwhen calling in the order, or on website. Pizza is good, but I'll be looking elsewhere next trip. Read more
Amazing atmosphere and just about the best pizza in Durango. It's a bit out of the way but the trip is well worth it. The Fatty... and the Escuela are definitely the best pie they have imho. What makes this pizza so killer in my opinion is that the crust issoft but crispy, lightly buttery and amazingly good as a sort of bread stick. I highly recommend this pie to anyone who wants asimple yet delicious pizza. Read more
I heard they had great pizza. Opens at 4:00. Got there at 4:30, bar and patio were already full. The bartender was taking orders... and it seemed like one other person might have been working (not sure). Decided not to wait in line since it seemed like onlydrink orders were being taken. Very understaffed. We left and went to The Nugget. Great food, environment and service. Read more
Excellent local spot with such friendly service. Drove up from Durango after work to check out the mountains and came across... this gem. Everyone is extremely friendly, atmosphere is warm and inviting, and pizza was great. It is the quintessentialmountain restaurant/bar. Would have enjoyed spending more time here to soak in the cool vibes. Read more
