I order decaf due to heart palpitations and have been given caffeinated coffee several times. The worst part is I don't know... until I start to feel the effects of the caffeine. If you're a decaf drinker I would recommend stating you want/need decafmultiple times. Read more
* UPDATED * ****Not sure if this was just a coincidence, however I heard from the grape vine 2 weeks after this review that DJs... has switched food providers and was now getting their food made from Roadhouse (local place in town). I tired the veggie burritoand it was absolutely delicious. I do however still miss the salsa. Hopefully this quality is consistent and here tostay**** This place has zero consistency. They offer food but are constantly changing what they serve and the quality ishorrible. Either the food is scolding hot or it?s cold. Idk who makes their food, but they should consider other options. Iused to enjoy the burritos but they got rid of the salsa. Now they are impossible eat. The ham and cheese croissants used to begood, then they started adding parmesan cheese and reduced the ham to basically nothing. They finally replaced their gross hambreakfast sandwich with sausage and still managed to make that disgusting. I doubt the people that run this place have eventried any of the food they offer. $6-$10 for this food is a complete rip off considering is uneatable. The smell and taste isjust asking for food poisoning. Consume at your own risk. Read more
The coffee is good and they're friendly, but why is it nearly $7 for a small iced caramel macchiato with no modifications? I was... excited to try somewhere local, but I'll just go back to Starbucks where it's over 2 bucks cheaper for the same exact thing. Theprices aren't listed on the menu, so you don't know until you pull up to the window. I'm not someone who ever goes withouttipping, but I just couldn't here when my drink would've been way more expensive than I've ever paid in my life. Read more
I went through the drive-through this morning and ordered a dirty chai, which is chai with espresso shots and a very common... drink order at coffee shops. I asked for an ad shot, on top of the normal amount of espresso shots they add to their dirty chai. This girl informed me that their chai didn?t come with espresso shots, which is why I didn?t ask for a chai, and why I ordered adirty chai. I understand it was probably just her lack of knowledge, but she just continued to tell me that their chai didn?tcome with any espresso, even after I told her what a dirty chai was. She then reiterated that their chai doesn?t come withespresso, but I could add shots of espresso, like yeah that?s what I?ve been asking for. This girl took more time telling methat I was wrong, rather than taking two seconds to ask another employee what a dirty chai was. It was a complete waste of mytime and I ended up not getting coffee there. Who wants to spend their time trying to explain their basic order to someone whoisn?t receptive and comes across as belittling, when they are the person who isn?t educated on the products that a coffeecompany serves. Shesweetly and patiently helped me through organizing our order, got it perfect, completed it quickly, put up with me adding morepastries at the window because I forgot one kid?s order, and what a sweet surprise? a little note on my coffee cup ?You?ve gotthis! Have a great day!? A car full of worn out but happy kids and a nice reminder that I?ll survive the chaos. Huge shout outto the staff today! I really appreciated them! Super friendly staff that even asked us about our trip. Green hatch Chile burrito was incredible. Don?t let the name fool you... . It wasn?t spicy. It was really hot in the foil and I thought ?great we?re going to have to wait 30 minutes to eat it?, but itwas perfect temperature when I unwrapped after 5 minutes. Read more
