Tonight, I ordered 3 sandwiches, all of which barely had any meat or toppings, only two of the 3 had cheese put on them, and all... 3 consisted of mainly sauce. When I ordered my food, I wasn't expecting to have saucy bread with a hint of meat and toppings,but here we are. On top of barely putting a thing on my sandwich, the customer service was absolutely horrible. The employeeshere are rude and indifferent. I will not be returning, and honestly, it's money well saved. Read more

The Monster sub is a joke. $14.83 for a basic footlong steak and cheese. The only difference is the bacon. If you are... advertising it as a monster it better have some serious meat in it. The Dupo, IL. location is poorly owned and operated. Maybethe owner and employees don't understand the concept of the advertising. Maybe Subway as a franchise has decided to deceive andrip people off. Whatever the problem is I will not be returning to any Subway shop again. Read more

I have never had to leave a one stat review before even trying a restaurant. The customer service was absolutely terrible. When... inquiring about the phone number I was met with attitude and told the number was right but they only had 2 employees working. Ihad been consistent in trying to call for 3 hours (1-3pm) before driving to the location to place an advance order for 6pm.Their appp wasn't allowing me to order online. When I asked if I could place said order the employee barked at me that I had todo it online unless I was going to pay for it then. I was hoping to pay at pickup. Before I could say another word she walkedoff. I simply stated good to know and left. Here's where I digress, it is never ok to take out your management's lack ofpreparation or scheduling on a customer or potential customer. They are one of two small fast food places around us and I feelthey have a monopoly on the market and can stand to lose customers before they made them. They charged my daughter for a sandwich that she didn't order. Then they refused to refund her the money. The sandwich... was thrown in the trash. This is the UTMOST worst Subway location EVER. I placed an online order and went to the express pickup to let them know I placed an online order. There were 3-4 other people... in line. The old lady working immediately got and attitude and told me to get to the back of the line. She wouldn?t even listento me tell her I had an online order. I wouldn?t have minded waiting, but her attitude and rudeness just was uncalled for. Itold her to cancel and refund my order and I left. She waited until just before closing to process the refund.
