Terrible service today. I ordered a Carmel Brûlée Latte, asked for it to be Breve with an extra pump of Carmel. I get to the... window, and I always check my drink because sometimes the people don?t make the drink correctly or FORGET ingredients. I noticedmy drink didn?t have any whip cream or sprinkles on top, which makes a huge difference in how the drink taste. So they added thewhip and sprinkles. I then noticed it didn?t taste like an extra pump of Carmel was added. The guy at the window offered to makea new drink and told me to pull up so he can bring it out. I start noticing more cars getting their drinks after about 10-15mins I walk inside and the girl said she?s waiting on shots!!! I told her it doesn?t take 10-15mins to remake a drink, she says?I have other orders to do??and ?you didn?t want the first drink I made? this is out of line considering my order came beforeeveryone?s she was making, mine should?ve been a priority. She snapped and had a horrible attitude. The darker skin girl withher hair in a ponytail. She was raising her voice and was completely out of line. If I wouldn?t have walked in inquiring aboutmy drink, it would?ve taken even longer. This was a horrible experience and a form of bullying in my opinion. I feel shepurposely brushed my order to the side due to her attitude. I escalated the situation up to Starbucks and they will becontacting me about this. I contacted the manager as well, and she was nice and understood my concerns. This girl, should getproper training on customer service because I?m not one of the little girls she went to school with. A simple apology goes along way and pride has no place in customer service to perform specific duties regardless of how you feel. Read more

Average service, VERY poor management, and poor drive thru systems. This location has drive thru access on two sides. Generally,... the customers do a solid job in tracking where they fall in line and politely merged into the drive thru. However, this morningafter waiting with 4 cars on my side of the line, a newly merged car pulled on the other side of the line and cut in front ofme. At first, I waved at the driver to let them know I was next and had been waiting for 10 minutes to merge, but theydisregarded my signal and cut in front of me anyway. I beeped my horn to signal that this was very rude and inconsiderate. Whenapproaching the window I gave feedback to the manager about the situation and she let me know that there is a ?no beepingpolicy, as it?s an aggressive behavior and hurts the ears of the employees on headsets .? I apologized for honking as I was notaware of the policy, however I let her know that the customer cut in front of me. She tells me that it was a ?one by one? flowin system. So basically, no matter how long you wait on one side of the line, a single car can cut in front of you. She thenproceeded to give me my incorrect drink order which she had to change and then dismissed me saying ? you must be going due toyour baby..? May I say cutting people off in line is just as aggressive, the drive through system is absolutely flawed and theway the manager handled the situation placed no blame on the individual who cut the line. I was a regular here, but notanymore. I highly advise that they place another employee at the front window. She is rude and lacks professional customerservice. If you can I recommend going to the chamblee Dunwoody location near 285/ Savoy . They have a normal driver thru andsolid customer service:) Read more

This morning, September 23 around 9, I visited this Starbucks. I come here often. It was jammed up inside and much more crowded... than usual. Most of the customers were placing orders and leaving such as myself. The main delay was so many food orders. Staffmembers calmly explained there were only so many warming devises and they were doing all they could. Even though the crowd wassomewhat overwhelming, the crew here did a FANTASTIC job with all customers even the ones that were impatient. Job well done andexcellent customer service under adverse circumstances. Read more

500,000 star rating Each and Everytime!!!! ???? Inside and outside is alway's so soo sooo pleasant!! I actually forgot my wallet... ??????????????????????one time and they were generous enough to cover my tab. When I came back to cover what I owed theywouldn't take my money at all. So I tipped them generously. This is exactly why I select this location Starbucks over any otherplace. Plus they make my drinks and snacks PERFECT single everytime!!!! ?????? Read more

I never had a bad experience at Starbucks until I visited this one. No one greeted me, only ?certain? customers were greeted.... The African American female barista in the front has a very disastrous attitude, referring customers to as that ?black guy?.What kind of service is that? How can you even hire someone of that character too represent the store of exquisite customerservice. That ?black guy? that?s very offensive. Since when did color have to do with getting a cup a coffee, as far as I?mconcerned I thought coffee was black. Very racist. People of all color drink at Starbucks. Smh Read more
