First the store is full of people with a rude guy making the sandwiches. I ordered Italian night club ? provolone cheese LIGHTLY... TOASTED with light lettuce, pickles, mayo , oil and vinegar with some bbq kettle cooked chips They don?t offer toast which isfine but its was the sandwich that?s upsetting. Had onions and tomatoes on the sandwich 2 things my daughter hates EverythingI asked not to be on the sandwich was on the sandwich. There was a miscommunication at counter the iNdian guy automaticallycalled me rude when I clearly ordered the same sandwich as the previous guest. What a waste for of money. Hadn't been here in a long time but dropped in to have something different. It was during peak lunch time, and before my credit... card transaction was complete, the sandwich artist handed me my sandwich, made perfectly. Well done! Read more
I've been here a few times to grab dinner when i'm eating really clean. They're lettuce wraps (called an unwhich) are a really... good option when wanting a healthy alternative to a sandwich. The sandwiches are always made promptly and i'm typically in andout quickly. The last time I came in their credit card machine wasnt working and I didnt have cash but I discovered the optionof ordering and paying ahead online. In the future, I think i'll be suing that option alot more. Read more

Lately the service has been worse at this location. My last few orders have been incorrect. I thought maybe there was a new... person the last time I ordered and I stopped ordering for a while but today (3 months later) my sandwich was missing multipleitems. I come here really often and after the new management came in, the store has improved significantly. For starters the new... manager doesn?t scream at you and actually tries to make your experience at JJ pleasant. Furthermore there have been nomistakes on my orders. Read more
Highly unprofessional management staff. Store 150 in Dunwoody off of Chamblee Dunwwody Rd. Some coupons were given out at my job... for free sandwiches(check pictures below). The coupon specifies that it is valid at ANY Metro Atlanta location. The managerrefused to honor said coupon saying it is only valid at the store I got the coupon from. The coupon was brought to my job andhanded out by Jimmy John's employees. I will not be returning to this store and will advise my coworkers to not go there aswell. The time is 3pm EST. And today's date is 12/22/2020. Just in case you need to know who was working that. Time. Manager hada nasty and very dismissive attitude. Wish I could give less than 1 star. Read more
