My husband and I came here for lunch and it was incredible! We had the smoked salmon dip as an appetizer, and the for entrees... the prime rib and baby back ribs. I was brought here for lunch, they open up at 11:00 a.m. the atmosphere was bright and it was really mesmerizing on the inside.... The decor was amazing and very spacious, started off with an appetizer of the day which was the "Mesa Chili" it was veryflavorful and delicious. So for my entree I decided to try the Mesa Burger, now I didn't know that it was going to have chili onthe burger. So when it was brought out I was kind of disappointed I should have went with my first option and got a pasta orsomething, because I didn't finish the burger I only ate a little bit of it and I ate the fries instead which were verydelicious. But next time I go back I will definitely be trying something a bit different and post more pictures but overall thisplace is really nice and I can definitely see myself coming back again. Read more

Went here on a Friday night for a birthday dinner. It was not crowded either ???? I had a reservation and that went very well.... We had a mojito and a glass of Honig Sauvignon Blanc. Our waitress was really nice and made us feel comfortable. I personallyliked the vibe of J. Alexanders. We had steak and it was cooked perfectly. 10/10! Loaded smashed potatoes were good as well. We went to J. Alexander's for my daughter's birthday and the food was so delicious and flavorful. I ordered the ribs and mac-n-... cheese. The meat on the ribs was so tender and falling off the bone. Their signature rib sauce was the best I ever had. Themac-n-cheese had a very good creamy sauce to it and a breaded crusted top with a little crunch. We definitely will be returningto dine in! My mom is obsessed with J. Alexander’s, so we come here and order for takeout often. Here’s what I’ve gotten: - Old... Fashioned Cheeseburger ($17): Good. The burger is big. The fries are good, but they don’t hold up as well in takeout. -Grilled Salmon (around $33; they list it as Market Price): This is delicious!! The salmon was grilled to perfection. The Orzo &Wild Rice side that it comes with is amaaaaazing. - Alex’s Salad (add to entrée for $8): The price for adding this to anentrée has gotten higher, but the portion has gotten smaller. I get it with the champagne vinaigrette dressing and it’s good,but I’m reconsidering ordering it now that it’s $8 and smaller than it used to be. We recently went here for my mom’sbirthday and they gave us free carrot cake! It was really good! The dishes are good and the portions are fairly big, but it’spretty expensive for what it is. ????I chose to go to J Alexander's in Atlanta for my birthday and they did not disappoint! Dinner, apps, drinks, the mood and... our waitress was absolutely delightful. Romantic lighting, nice relaxing music, absolutely delicious food and great Service. YASPLEASE & THANK YOU! . . . Google Reviews gives J Alexanders stars 4.4 starts and I'd have to give them a tad higher of 4.6. Not only for the tasty food and drink but also the overall look and feel.
