I placed a curbside order and waited 10 minutes and then just decided I should go inside. I walked in and it was almost empty.... One worker was sweeping behind the counter. She turned and looked at me and then then ignored me, turning back around. Anotherworker came out from the back and I asked about my order, telling them it was curbside. He was silent and instead just pointedat the pickup orders. I mistakenly had not seen the pickup order sign, yes. But some words would have been nice and it shouldn?thave been over there anyways. The customer service was Awesome! However the food was NOT. I got extremely sick as I was eating it. The shrimp must NOT have... been good. My entire salad had a STRONG OVERPOWERING FISHY odor. I have had salads from other CHOPT locations?and made the sameexact order. I don?t think I feel comfortable ordering the shrimp anymore at all. I sooo want to love Chopt, and I do, but the last three online orders I?ve placed have been completely wrong. Missing dressing... completely, just a plain bowl of lettuce, randomly added ingredients in this last visit. The other Atlanta locations have beengreat experiences. Found this place by accident. i had the kale caser and it was delicious. They custom make it for you, add the right amount of... dressing per your choice and the portions are huge. I was full from just the salad, no protein. Service was great, with asmile and well executed. You walk in place your order and take it to the table - kinda self service. Would I go back? YES! Although the staff was very nice when i approached the counter , i am disappointed altogether with how the process went. i... ordered online and chose curbside pick up. no one ever brought my food out to my car after ten minutes of it being ready. iwent inside and someone told me all the online orders were on the wall for pickup. which was nice but considering i orderedcurbside i don?t know why it was under the pick up window. i proceeded to grab my bag and leave. Now that i?m home i open mysalad and i have no dressing. when i ordered and paid for two different kinds. although the salad is fresh and staff wasfriendly i don?t think the job that was to be done was done. and i most likely will not try CHOPT again. It was my first time at Chopt, and I completely loved the experience. Steve helped us with our order. He was very friendly and... explained all the different salad options they have. The place is very well decorated. Have a big space for dine-in. We got theWarm Chicken Tinga salad. Ingredients were fresh and It was delicious. You can choose from the list of salads and bowls or youcan build your own. They can make any salad into a wrap for you. The quantity you get for a $14 salad is very less compared toother salad places I have been to, but would love to try some other options from this place. Read more
