I must say this is my least favorite location! The service is subpar and the staff is not as friendly as the other locations... I've become accustomed to. My food especially fries never seem fresh and the oil tastes old to me. I think because I have alwayshad exceptional experiences at other locations it's easy to point out this locations flaws. I ordered Chick-fil-A Chicken sandwich meal for "carry-out" in this restaurant. They took the order and asked me to wait. Time... was moving and 10 minutes had gone. I asked the guy who billed my order, he scratched his head and went inside to discusssomething. Then, he came to me and told, we're preparing. But, at the same time, people who came after me got their ordersdelivered quickly. I waited patiently and now 25 minutes gone. The guy who told that they have started preparing was seeing meevery time but doesn't seems that he was concerned about my wait or the order that his staff has started working on that or not.He walked here and there at the place where I sat but no word of the status of the order. I lost my patience and it was 35minutes wait. I got up and straight away went to the billing counter and asked what was happened to my order. He again wentinside and discussed something with those GOOD FOR NOTHING UTTERLY USELESS guys working inside. Again, he came to me and toldvery lethargically, "Unfortunately my staff missed your order and now they started preparing". Oh man, that was extremelydisgusting on how Chick-fil-A ran these kind of shops with very ugly and awful custom service. Finally, my order came after 40minutes. That "head scratch" guy came to me and gave the food package. He said "We're sorry, we're late" and asked me whether Iwant "Brownie" or "Cookies" as a COMPENSATION for the 40 minutes that I've waited. That was absolutely disgusting, awful andpathetic way of dealing customers. ARE YOU GIVING BRIBERY FOR YOUR BLATANT MISTAKES BY JUST IGNORING THE CUSTOMERS AND ALLOWINGTHEM TO WAIT FOR SUCH A LONG TIME???? How your Brownie or Cookie bring back the time wasted and the humiliation andembarrassment the customer had???? So you can do any kind of mistakes and finally trying to compensate and bribe the customerwith a brownie or cookie. This is disgusting guys. Chick-fil-A is usually the Swiss watch of fast food. However, this location has been a disaster for 2 years and continues to get... worse. Online orders aren't ready, ice machine has been broken, ice cream machine broken, inattentive staff, etc. This is theworst run Chick-fil-A in their franchise as far as I can tell. Read more

[DISCLAIMER: Former team member(not this location)'s perspective piggybacking on the recent surge of negatine 1-star... reviews] I've been coming to this location for 6-7 years and i have never been disappointed.. until recently. Alex Rodriguez,the previous operator, had relinquished his ownership of this location recently and I believe that may be the main reason ofthis location's decline. 1) Frequent Order Mistakes I've ordered frequently on the mobile app at this location, and in the past6-7 years, the orders were always on point, until recently. Post-Alex ownership, roughly 75% of all my online orders hadmistakes. At first, I simply dismissed them as I thought that everyone makes mistakes, but as time progressed, I figured thismust be beyond Murphy's law. I went in for a dine-in during the week and they still got my order wrong. To further prove thispoint, other customers also went to the counter asking for their orders to be corrected. What's worse, this was during a timewhen less than 5 customers were dining in and the drive thru was empty. There should be minimal to zero excuse for gettingcustomer's orders wrong. 2) Team Member's Attitudes a) towards each other During my recent dine-in experience, I can hear teammembers shouting towards each other about each other's incompetence. As a former team member, I view this behaviour towards yourown co-worker as completely unacceptable, especially in such a confined space behind the counter. Co-workers, especially CFAteam members, are supposed to value each other, support each other, and work in harmony to ensure smooth operation of thebusiness. This should have been emphasised and hammered into new-hires. First let me say the food is seasoned, delicious and HOT!!!. The bread was buttered and toasted. The milk shake is really good. ... I went through drive thru. right before the lunch crowd came.. ppl are waiting in line two stop signs down. They have staffrunning orders from the drive thru window to your car.. that's pretty sweet!! The lines move pretty fast. Remember, it's a twoline drive thru. I had to drive around the lady in front me because she was blocking the line near the building. Enjoy!! Read more

This chick fil e is located in the LA fitness pla za. The lines here are always a mile long. So might want to try and go inside... the restaurant and pick up the food there. The folks working here are nice though so that?s good. And the food is generallypretty good too at this location Read more

This location is always super busy. And its tough to get to. The drive through line is very long. I did a curbside pickup order.... First it was tough to get into the curbside parking spots and then the order took forever to be made and delivered tome....don?t go here if you are in a rush Read more
