I go to this location often because I've lived in this area for a while. Typically its good. The line moves quickly, and the... staff is always nice. I?m disgusted! Their customer service really set the tone for what you?re about to experience with the food. My sip of my Sprite... was like flat sletza water. For the time I sat at the window I should?ve had hot fries and a hot burger. My food was as lukewarmas the service I received from this Burger King location. I?ll stick to the McDonald nearby. Had a VERY bad experience there. The employee embarrassed me because of my autoimmune disorder. She would not take my card... without first getting a napkin. I explained to her that I was not contagious nor will I I ever be and I had my fiance and kidswith me who have no problems with me. I was just there to get something to eat for my family... App still lets you make orders and takes your money even if the restaurant is closed. I just submitted an edit to the Google... I didn't like the service here so I will not be returning to this location. Customer service is very important. However, my meal... was good. My first time trying the new "Impossible Burger" and it's definitely a yes for me. Tastes just like a Whopper. Therewas a slight difference in taste. Just a little bit.
