UPDATE: Well it's been about a year and seems things are starting to improve. The only issue I still have is the literally put 4... or 6 tiny sprinkles of cheese on a taco but the orders have been correct, just not labeled so you have to pull everything apartto see which burrito it is. In the pics one is a double steak burrito with no steak and all rice, the other us supposed to be a5 layer burrito. Four burnt burritos, forgot the combo drink. They only put a pinch of cheese and the double steak burrito isall rice. Taco bell is cheap food that I love for nostalgia and a cheap meal, but prices went up but quality went way down.Every time we order the food here is old, and if you get Doordash the orders just sit for over an hour until it's picked upinstead of making it when the dasher arrives. The drive thru was packed so I went inside, the dining room was empty. I waited 15 minutes when I finally spoke up and asked... someone to take my order. The whole time I was standing there the employees would look up and see me. Ignoring the fact that Iwas standing in front of the register waiting. So don't waste your time in the dining room, just sit in the drive thru line.They completely ignore you when you go into the dining room. Read more
The chicken and rice in my power bowl was dried out and hard. It took literally 20 minutes to get my food because "Ava" was too... busy chatting with her friend. People came and left because they couldn't get waited on. Today you get 2 stars because Iobserved the drive-thru was hopping. Maybe next time I will go through drive- thru. Read more

Usually I am very pleased with my experience until tonight when my order was messed up even after correcting the order twice and... there's no way to call the restaurant even though there's a phone number on Google and I was given a second number from adifferent taco bell location. This was the worst food. First if you order in app it was $1.49. If at store it is $2 59. All 3 had old chicken, o e was missing... the jalapeños. Read more
For the 5th and LAST time, my order was wrong. Can you guys please put beef on the tacos. My crunch wrap supreme literally had maybe a tea spoon of beef. The rest of my tacos... were the same way just go get a burger or something they?re cheapskates. Read more
