The food was delicious, but the service really stood out. We received the level of service one would expect at a high end fine... dining restaurant. Mason was our sever and he is a real asset to this restaurant, and will probably be an asset anywhere heworks and what ever he does in life. It was extremely busy when I came tonight and even though I had to wait almost an hour, the carhop was pleasant and she had a... smile which I often don?t see when I get fast food, she went above and beyond and had great service, so props to her she wastrying her best ! Read more
Waited over an hour to be served our food to not only have the service lady not have all of our food. When we had gotten the... food it was cold and the tenders were dry. I do not recommend coming here again anytime soon until service gets back in theirfeet and stops serving those who ordered way after those who got there early. Read more
This is the best fast food place in Dunnellon to get a burger however the customer service is just falling short for me which is... why I'm giving 2 stars. I eat here 1-2 times a week and get the same thing. A double cheeseburger with no bun. Sonic puts myround burger in a tiny rectangular paper hotdog boat which makes it impossible to cut up and eat out of. I am never given themayo or ketchup that comes on the burger (that I would have gotten had I ordered the bun). I have had to ask for the condimentsevery time. In addition, I'm never given a napkin, knife, or fork. I always have to ask for those as well.' I always order aburger with no bun at your competitors too, but they put it in a proper plastic container that fits the size of the burger. Theygive me a napkin, knife, and fork without me having to ask and they put the condiments that come on the burger on the burgerwith out me having to ask. They also put it all in a bag for me instead of handing me each individual item as you do. I'm almostto the point that I don't want to eat here because your employees can't give me what comes on the burger and theutensils/napkins that I shouldn't have to ask for. Why bother having an app? Twice now I've placed an order in the app, checked in, and waited....and waited....about 20 minutes... later I push the button and ask if my order in nearly ready and they instantly bring it out. Cold. As if it sat there until Ireminded them to deliver it. Today was even worse. Not only did I get a cold burger and a watered down lemonade, my shake wasalmost completely melted AND NOT EVEN WHAT I ORDERED. smh. If you drove thru, food is generally good. Read more
We ordered three meals. And six of the pretzel twist. And poppers and cheese sticks. Asked lady at window everything in here.... Yes everything is in there. Just to drive all the way home start unloading food for the kids. And two meals. Totes with chiliand cheese upside down on bottom of bag. Three pretzel twist out of six. Got poppers but no cheese sticks. So now after $60.00later. Drive all the way back. Tried calling and calling. No answer. Now my food is getting cold. And one of the kids don't havethere food. We ordered 3 large shakes. 2 strawberry banana and one peanut butter banana. No cherry's. After I already pay for the order... another worker comes out to tell me they have no bananas. I said fine. Just make them without banana. They come out with 2medium strawberry shakes and a medium peanut butter strawberry shake all with cherry. I told them they were all suppose to belarge and it was suppose to have no cherry's and the last was suppose to be just peanut butter. I said just fix the peanutbutter. Ill pick the cherry's off the other. Then I look at the reciept. They charged me for banana in all of them and thestrawberry in the peanut butter. I told them they needed to fix it. They bring out the peanut butter still with a cherry on top.Then tell me they need to go inside and talk to the manager. They come back out and tell me they are going to have to refund theorder then ring it up again. I said fine. He comes back out and says can you check your bank and see if you got refunded so wecan rerun your order. Ok again fine whatever. The service is pretty quick and the food is fresh, I've never ordered anything from Sonic that wasn't good. And their drinks are... amazing Read more
