Messed my order up multiple times. Order hot latte 2 donuts got cold latte with 1 donut. They gave me hot latte expect it was... actually completely cold in the hot cup, tried to get my 2nd donut but they wanted to charge me so I just left instead. I have tried this Dunkin multiple times. Each time I order a green tea they give me a black tea. I let them know at the window... that it was not a green tea but a black tea. 3 people proceeded to glare at me and tell me it was a green tea after looking atthe sticker on the cup. I am an avid green tea drinker and know the difference. I don?t think they have any idea the differencebetween black and green tea. They didn?t offer to pour it again or try again. They just handed it back to me in an extremelyrude fashion. If you sell green and black tea your employees should be educated on the difference, they look totally different.And being rude and glaring at a customer who kindly let them know they were give the wrong thing is ridiculous. Making your tasty wake up drinks how you like it no matter the menu items they are giving more away in match of your buy. I love... using my DD app scan and go order for pick up at store /drive thru :) this is my favorite place to get my wake up go go coffee/fresh doughnuts! They are so fast pace every person working helps one another, with smiles which leads them to be #1 storeBeverly Hills location or it's sister stores ... Not happy. Passing through Dunnellon today and was feeling tired and needed to get some caffeine to wake up for my drive home.... Asked for a shot of espresso in my iced coffee, and also ordered hashbrowns for my toddler and 2 small wake up wraps because Ihad not eaten yet today and it was going on 3pm. The espresso shot was not in my coffee and there was no sweetener. Then thehash browns were 4 maybe 5 total in the paper bag not even 1/4 full and they were falling apart and looked like they had beenstepped on...And the wake up wraps were burnt to a crisp the cheese was black. What a waste of money and time. I will never stopby this Dunkin again. Not like they care though. Read more
I ordered a large mint chocolate ice cream, waiting on the cashier to say cone or cup? Didn't happen. Gave the guy a 20 dollar... bill and got back 7 dollars and some change. I said "Huh? I gave you a 20". Dude walks away and a "manager " comes up. No one'snot saying anything about what's going on. The "manager " asked me a double scoop mint chocolate? I said yes please. And sheputs 2 scoops in a cone and I said "can I get a cup please?" And a lady that was before me already was eating on her ice creambefore I even got my money back or a cup for my ice cream. Never had things like this happened to me before and earlier thismorning I was at publix and had the same attitude or attention shown to me. She took my order read it back told her it was wrong, got to window reseat was wrong she took it to fix it, gave me my order it... was wrong, took it back to fix it.
