Today was the worst experience I have had at this place. Immediately when we arrived we ask for the new pretzel pizza and cheese... pizzas to be brought out. After 40 45 minutes neither were made. Ask the waitress where they were she told me she put in theorder but had a big party in the back. She spent 10 to 15 minutes chatting with her friends instead of checking on us orclearing our plates. I drove 20 miles to try this new pizza and never got it. Also the entire time no new pizzas were broughtout. Very poor service all around. Read more
I ordered a chocolate chip dessert as part of my delivery....it came almost completely raw, dough was partially raw and the... topping was liquid. I attempted to put it in my oven to finish off, terrible mistake. All the toppings ran off into the oven andsmoked up my kitchen. This was ridiculous. Read more
Excellent food and excellent service! We were greeted by Rhonda, who was extremely friendly, and made us feel right at home. She... offered to make any specialty pizza we wanted, but the selection was already great. We were seated immediately, and drinks cameout before we even made it back from the buffet. Pam was extremely friendly and welcoming as well. This place brought back somenostalgia for my husband and I, because we both grew up remembering this chain, so when we saw this place last week, we knew wehad to come back and give it a try. Everything tastes the way we remembered! The music station was playing some really greatsongs as well, that brought back memories from our younger years. I told my husband that after this experience, this littleplace makes me want to sell our house and move to Dunn! Thanks for the wonderful trip down memory lane, the hospitality, andthe great food! My Mama wanted to go to the Pizza Inn for her birthday . The pizza, spaghetti, and salad bar were all delicious and all the... employees were so attentive. We mentioned that it was my Mama?s birthday and she wanted the cinnamon stromboli instead of a cake. Well the manager gave her a big one for her birthday. I tried to pay for it but she wouldn?t let us pay for it . We mostdefinitely will be back. Read more
If we're just talking staff, this would be a Five Star review. Unfortunately, this Pizza Inn did not have enough staff to cover... the dining room and keep things clean. Every table was dirty when we arrived, dirty dishes stacked high, and the floor lookedlike it hasn't seen a vacuum cleaner in a week. We came on a Saturday night and it was busy. The staff who were here were reallyhustling and they are enough to make us willing to come back. The restaurant's interior looks "tired," and the vinyl seats onabout half of the booths need replacing. Read more

We could not have been more pleased with not only the quality of the food but the service provided by Rhonda and Kenneth. They... managed an off site catered meal for 60 and showed patience and professional advice to pull off a great affair. The pastas aretremendous and the pizzas (10 of them) were amazing. We would recommend them for anything from a pizza for one to a large order.We will be using them often. Read more
Edit: I have since been informed that sauces are made elsewhere and out of the physical locations hands so no fault to the... location itself for the following review. I hate to be that guy but it isn't what it used to be and I believe there is onereason. Too much water in their sauces. I know times are tough but their pizza and spaghetti had little flavor. It was okay butnothing to write home about. That one fix would greatly improve the food. Other than that I have no issues. Read more
