On the way to Corolla, NC, we stopped in for road fuel. The staff was friendly enough but the ppl in the back were sure messing... up orders. I'd taken advantage of the BOGO Bacon McDouble in the app with an order of fries. I rarely check my food because I'musually ordering something for son and not myself. But something told me to check my order. Both of my supposed McDouble's hadone pattie on them. Literally just threw my sandwich together. When I went back up, the lady who I gave my bag back to was niceabout it and told them that they need to pay attention to what they were making. Thankfully this time around, my sandwiches werea little more put together and had both patties. On the way back to Florida, I decided to stop in again to see if I got betterluck. This time around my Bacon McDouble's came out correct the first time. The male manager that was there was very nice andeven made sure my fries had salt on them. My family enjoys going to the McDonald's in Dunn NC. The satf is alway friendly and polite. If they run out of there sweet tea... they will replace it quickly and never complain or argue with a customer. Read more
I ordered a chicken sandwich for $7.29 and all I got was a piece of fried chicken in a bunch with 2 of those stinking pickles on... it. Why does anyone put pickles on a chicken sandwich? Is there anything you can order at McDonald's that doesn't have pickleson it? I tried to order a hamburger one time without pickles and I got a plain hamburger with nothing on it like the chickensandwich, neither one even had any mayonnaise. Will not order another chicken sandwich at McDonald's. Read more
When you completely get ignored inside, because drive thru is busy. Quite a few customers inside being completely ignored, with... absolutely no acknowledgement. We left. I hope the others did too. Read more
First time there. Very nice at looking ins side and is larger than what it looks from outside. Food was good. My mom thought her... dish had too many peppers and and enough meat. Server was nice but did take a while to be serviced. Read more
For a business that continues to promote curbside pickup you would think they would try to make the experience as convenient as... possible. There aren?t many times I chose to wait in the drive thru line and I rarely dine in but yet I always find myselfrunning inside to retrieve my order. A lot of the staff will seem irritated at the fact they are asked to run the food to thevehicle. Oh well, if you don?t like the job by all means find another one. Read more
I come here because my kids want to come here and play. The food is alright, hot, pretty quick, but the play area is never... clean. I got the saniwipes off the wall and clean my own table and chairs. They did not have the toys that were displayed, so Iasked if I could have the one in the case. You never know if you don't ask, right. I was told no, understandable. The drinkarea was nasty, but once the staff was notified it was cleaned. Not my first choice, but I'll come back for the kids. Came backto add my recent visit. I had a bogo coupon and stopped through the drive thru before hitting the highway. I tried the spicychicken, for some reason McDonald's chicken doesn't have the texture of cooked throughly chicken. I couldn't eat it. Toorubbery. I also had a quarter with cheese. It was burnt on one side and had been sitting(see photos).The bun was hard and mayowas oozing out of one side. Waste of money. 1 star because at least my daughter's happy meal was right. Read more
It was a good drive through experience. The agent taking our order was really nice and chill. Down to earth person.
