Grills busted so no burgers until WHENEVER they get that fixed, claimed they have no ice cream <- they haven?t had any since at... least last month (seems highly unlikely). But the absolute worst part is the employees have no tact whatsoever, complainingabout a customers smell (not directly to the customer but loud enough for everyone to overhear it and laughing really loud).Seems like sensitivity training is sorely needed here. 1st of all, you are a restaurant at a 24 hour truck stop, not saying you should be 24 hours but closing early doesn't seem like... good business. Secondly, your business states that you close at 10 but everything was locked up at 9:40. You can't even stayopen in the hours that you show which is why your lobby is empty. You lost the faith of your customer base and they went to thecompetitors, who are by the way open and doing well. That's not very good business practices. Read more
