I gave it 3 stars simply because I believe they're scaling back on everything much like every place you go. The pieces of... chicken seemed smaller, the dirty rice had little to no sausage and my tea certainly didn't have enough ice, but I was hungry soI ate instead of complained. Read more

Did not get what was ordered the lady taking the orders was rude, and the food was cold. It sucked cause we still had a 2 hour... and 30 min drive to where we were going we would have went back. Read more
Was in drive thru for over 45 minutes. Plus when I finally got my order the sweet tea wasn't sweet at all, fries were old.
Food is great, the only negative (but a massive one) is the drive thru wait time. I have never been to a drive thru fast food... restaurant and have to wait as long as I do here. I was in the line (backed up to not even on the side road) and from getting inline to getting my order, it took more than 30 min. Read more

This place usually gets decent ratings. Not sure what happened at the time of my visit. There were 4 people in front of me and... it took about 20 minutes to get my order after having paid. When I got to the pick up counter, they had the order ready for theperson behind me. Finally got my food and it wasn?t made to-go as requested. The food serving station was disorganized and didnot look sanitary (see photo). Overall, the food was ok. But clearly something in the kitchen organization and process is off. Read more
