If I can give this place a negative start I would. As a well established company it would be in their best interest to educate... the employees mostly your cashier Nicole on customer service. I will make sure I will never step back into this establishmentagain and not to mention I will continue to make others aware of the treatment I received this morning. There is no reason onthe world a sandwich should take 15 mins to make furthermore when I asked about the hold up the excuse was we only have oneperson make sandwiches? Questions..... Wouldn't you think that the cashier would say please be patient we are currently backedup there might be a wait. After waiting 15 mins I question the wait Nicole states there is only one girl make sandwiches, Ikindly express that wish she informed me to tell me about the wait, well Nicole's responds was that's not her job to tell thecustomers about the waits? What? Not your job to provide customer service? Well excuse me Nicole that is your job it's calledcustomer service. Lastly let me remind you Nicole and Dunkin if it wasn't for customers walking in the door you wouldn't have ajob. This place frustrates me to no end. I have had multiple wrong orders and today was the icing on the cake. I ordered a small... black cold brew and a large cold foam cold brew with 3 cream and unsweetened vanilla flavor. What I got is absolutelyundrinkable. The small cold brew is basically water and my large cold foam has vanilla swirl in it and is more cream thancoffee. I didn’t even bother to complain because the last time my order was wrong they told me “we can’t take it back”to fix it. I won’t be coming back to this location any more. Read more
I always instantly just go for the medium coffee. It's not that I'm not into those fancy drinks. I've had them. I'm just into... what the coffee does for me aspect rather than to needing all the extras. The coffee is always fresh and hot. Read more
