I was charged $61.69 on my credit card for a $8.00 order. Was told 3x that they credited my account but still nothing. This is... not the first time the did this to me. The first time was a overcharge for 12.00 I let it go thinking the delivery person wouldget a a good tip. Wondering how many people this has happened to and didn't realize it. Lady on phone was very rude and hung upon me. Next step is filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Read more
I would give this place 6 stars if I could. The owner and staff are super friendly and remember your name when you call in an... order or walk through the doors. The food is made to order, HUGE portions, ALWAYS taste amazing and are ALWAYS fresh. They postdaily specials on their Facebook, but I highly recommend their taco Tuesdays. The first time I was at the BackBurner Cafe I ordered a Rachel, the bread so so crispy and toasty even with everything on it.... Best sandwich I've had in a very long time! Atmosphere at the cafe is so cozy and comfy, extremely well put together. Definitelya place to check out! Read more
