Placed a order tonight around 10:30, paid online and said my food was in the oven. It's now 11:37 and the store is closed with... no answer when I call and now the online tracker isn't even available. I will be calling a manager in the morning. Read more
Years and years of deteriorating service and quality of food. They literally have a coupon for 1 large pizza for $26 as a choice... right now. They removed their only coupon that was gluten friendly. They hiked up their delivery charge to 5 dollars (none ofthat is seen by the driver so also be prepared to tip). Drivers see the tips before they leave and cherry pick the best orders,leaving some orders to take 90 minutes to arrive. Get the dash pass and order mod pizza. Dominos has peaked and now is simplytrying to take advantage of people. UPDATE: they still have major issues. Understaffed which makes the employees lives verydifficult. Last I heard they had 3 drivers total. Deliveries take up to 2 hours at times but hard to blame the drivers. Themanagers and inside staff are overwhelmed by national promotions. Ordered pizza @ 4:48 pm; it came out of oven at 5:01 pm; not delivered until 6:05 pm - it?s 4.9 miles away & an estimated 11 min... drive. It arrived cold & store only offered 50% off next pizza. Read more
The past few months we?ve waited well over 90 minutes for delivery. Almost $6 delivery charge, the drivers leave the pizzas... balancing on the railing of the porch after banging on the door like a maniac and scurrying away to go sit in my driveway ontheir phone for 5 minutes. This time I placed my order at 6:23pm it was finally delivered at 8:05 pm, burnt, dry and barely cutthrough? and sloppily cut at that. It sat at ? preparing? on the tracker for an hour! I?m not expecting perfection but at leastpretend to give a darn. Maybe get a new manager? New drivers? If the cost of gas is the problem and staff is short, then dobetter by your employees. Read more

Dunkirk Dominos has great food and if you choose carry out you get it fast. God help you if you choose delivery, though. They... are notoriously low on delivery drivers. I don?t know why, pay maybe? Another issue is the fact that their ?delivery fee? wentfrom $1.50 a few years ago to $4.95 today, Nov 4 2021. Again, the food is great, people are nice but the delivery times needwork. We just had a wait time of 45-52 minutes. I received order confirmation at 6:06pm via email. It?s 7:43pm and they are just... pulling up. At least other places will call & be honest ?hey I know online says 45-52 range but we?re really behind and it?ll beabout an hour & 1/2 if not more?.
