I don?t eat as much fast food as I used to. So it was a special treat today to go get a Baconator, fries and a drink and find... that all of the above were as good or better than I remembered. Unfortunately, the staff were very overwhelmed and got multiple items in our order wrong. The items were correct but didn't... include the condiments shown in the picture on the menu. They corrected the problem, but because it was so busy we had to wait along time for the replacement. Several other customers mentioned that this particular Wendy's was having quality control issuesand that other local Wendy's were better. I won't be returning to this location any time soon. First they make you wait so long at the drive thru today they didn't even answer the car ahead of me until she drove off. They... gave me the wrong food and I only ordered a crispy chicken sandwich I had to repeat twice and ended up with a chicken blt coldand greasy. I asked for diet coke and they didn't have diet coke so I asked 3 times for orange and it looked to me like it wasspit in. I dumped the pop on the ground and crumbled up the cold greasy sandwich and tossed it on the lawn. The people workingthere they need to be re- trained or sent packing. I think we all need to slow down a bit. I went through the drive-through ordered a summer strawberry salad. The lady over the... speaker is in such a hurry she won?t even let you finish your sentence and she?s asking anything else. The customer service isgone completely with fast food. Then I get to the drive-through they hand me my food that lady was very pleasant wished me agood day. And then I get to work open my salad and it?s not even what I ordered it?s a southwest avocado. Whoever Opened This store on May 27th 2022 at 6:40 a.m?. You guys are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! The store opened at 6:30am but I am... standing outside at 6:40a.m and it is still not open. I went through the drive thru and NOBODY came to the speaker for 5+minutes! Then I try to call and a girl says hello then she hangs up on me. Then I try to call back and she doesn?t answer thephone at all the second time, so finally someone comes to the speaker when I go back to the drive thru and she was extremelylazy and rude, acting as if my business is a inconvenience! Not sure if I will be back to this Wendy?s ! This is my second timehere, and I am definitely not pleased. Luckily there?s other Wendy?s establishments that are local. Then I get my food and ithas a pound of mayo on it, almost as if they did it on purpose because I called twice, and came to the drive thru twice. It wasstrange how the short white girl at the window was snickering as she handed me the bag!!! Now that I received my food, I?m surethis was done on purpose!
