I came to write a review and got lost reading some of them. Some people don?t understand that the world doesn?t revolve around... them and they aren?t the only customer even if they are the only one at the counter. But anyways, I love this location. Everyoneis so amazing even when there is a line wrapped around the building. Wonderful attitudes and excellent work ethic to provide thebest service even to the most unsavory Sunday customers. IYKYK. The afternoon crew, especially after 1:00 is awful! They are slow and mess up your order quite a bit! The gangly girl named... Gabe is especially rude and unprofessional and Amile and Skylar have the worst attitudes and make ordering your $7 coffee veryunpleasant!.....It's so surprising because Starbucks always prides itself on great Customer service. This Starbucks is Suffering... Terrible customer service 4 people take care of one person at a time regular drip coffee 13... minutes from the enter to exit and no one in line... Best Starbucks in the county. All of the employees are so sweet. My coffee is always on point. And they never disappoint with... the pup cups. Our little girl was in her first heat and they made sure she had her treat. ???? Read more
They always make a perfect coffee. Clean! Employees are friendly with a smile on the face, nothing more to ask.
This Starbucks needs to fix their electrical charging outlets. I feel there is increasing risk of the outlets doing damage to... plugged-in equipment or causing a fire. Specifically, the A/C outlets under the long padded bench for computer/mobile deviceusers. The prongs in the recepticle are so loose that you have to be careful not to move your cord otherwise your plug falls outof the outlets or constantly makes false contact. All the outlets are bad and getting worse. Also, the hand dryers in thebathrooms do not work and there are no paper towels for drying hands. Otherwise, great great starbucks. Staff are alwaysfriendly and attentive. Tall ceilings and many choices for seating including 2 sofa seats, 5 small round tables with a sharedpadded bench for computer with charging ports. The outdoor seating is nice and half of it is always shaded from the sun by thebuilding. Read more
It's too easy to drive past and miss this little coffee spot but once you have stopped once you'll come back again. Sure... Starbucks are all great places to get a good cup of coffee. That being said the little things makes a difference and this placeadds just a tad more sweetness with the sweet staff that takes your order. The baristas are always really friendly and alwaysmake good drinks! It's a great relaxing and quiet environment (Sometime :P). Read more
Usually this place is ok, but I mobile ordered and got an estimated time. Still waited an extra 10 minutes for a drink that... should have been hot and I they haven?t it to me iced. I also suspect it wasn?t almond milk they used based on my reaction.Thank goodness I don?t have a bad allergy. I couldn?t wait for a remake since it was already delayed.
