We got two bagels with cream cheese & two lattes. The lattes didn?t taste right and were super hot! The bagels were hard, chewy... and dry. The cream cheese was good, then some of it fell onto the plate and there was a black hair in it, so kind of ruined thattoo for me. The counter service was awkward, the man at the counter just looked down at the register and didn?t say anything, Iwas like are you ready for me to order? First I would like to say, I love to support small businesses and have frequented this establishment for years. This morning I... stopped and ordered my bagel and bought some doughnuts for some friends at work. I asked the cashier for a bagel with a littlecup of butter. The woman who prepares the bagels put the butter on my bagel and I told the cashier I was going to toast my bagelat work and she ran to tell the bagel woman. The woman then yelled at me and said next time tell us you want it on the side!Well.... I did. I was on my way to work and really didn't want to pay $15.00 to get yelled at! Not the best way to start my day.I would also like to say that the young man walking back and forth talking on the phone wasn't great either. I am sad to say(because I love the bagels), I will not support a business that treats customers in this manner. Read more
Wow! I was looking for something a little different for lunch and stopped in here to grab a bagel & cream cheese. Instead, I... went for the lox & bagel fully loaded with lettuce & tomato and was really happy with the choice. I always order my bagelsserved open faced so I get 2 halves to enjoy and they really put it together great. It was so great I ordered a second one formy wife to enjoy (scored some great points for that!). Also, while I was there they were starting to shut down for the day(only open until 1pm) and they were putting all of the unused bagels in large bags. I asked if they just threw them out and wastold that no, they actually donate them to the local food bank (that I also donate to using Amazon Smile). Since I am a firmbeliever that no food should be wasted, I will definitely come back here to support this company and help them stay open so theycan give more to those less fortunate. Read more

This was my first time here. And let me tell you, this was the sandwich of all sandwiches. The sandwich I didn?t know I was... craving. Who was the genius that decided to put cream cheese on a sandwich with meats and veggies. I?d like to thank thatperson. I ordered the Ham Veggie Garden. It was delicious. The young girl that waited on me was super friendly and let me knowthey had a lunch deal that you could add a drink, bag of chips or their homemade bagel chips. All under $7.00, what a steal.Anyway, I went with the spicy jalapeño bagel chips. So good. If your in the area I highly recommend. I will be bringing myfamily and friends here when they visit from out of town. Read more
