Picked up a mobile order, was told to wait in a curbside spot. Runner complained about "parking so damn close together" (mind... you I was well within the designated lines) before asking me to confirm my order. I said "I don't think so." She said "you don'tthink so?" and gave me the wrong order anyway. The food and service here are typically good, but wow, I've never been treated sorudely at any restaurant. Read more

not bad the food never really fresh though like its fast food let's keep our FAST FOOD RESTAURANTS KEEPING the food hot at least... I mean.. it's already mostly not the healthiest for us so can we try and make sure our customers are 100% GUARANTEED to comeback because the food was actually hot and fresh not Microwaving the food that been sitting there if we keep the food fresh andmake only so much then I think the Fast Food Industry will be that much better... thank u . Quickest McDonalds trip I've ever had, even with one drive-thru lane closed! The young lady who took my order and rung me up... around 9:15 pm tonight was absolutely delightful! Such friendly, genuine, and efficient service - I wish I had gotten a receiptso I could mention her by name. The young man that handed me my food was also very quick yet polite, and offered some extranapkins for my ice cream without me even having to ask. Takes them about 15min to make a cheeseburger. I've tried eating here many times because it's close by but it's a bad experience... mostly every time. Typically I understand hiring is hard right now but they had 6 people working and it was not busy but theycan't make a cheese burger? It's just not managed well. This mcdonalds is not "fast food". Ordered a filet o fish & fries. The half slice (still unbelievable that you don't get a whole one) wasn't even on the sandwich.... I included a picture before I touched it & of how it looked when I lifted the sandwich. There was no one behind me in line, soabsolutely no reason to rush to the point of being incapable of making a sandwich correctly. The fries were also cold by thetime I arrived home after 5 minutes with the bag closed at the top. Read more
I got a quarter pounder with cheese and it was half cooked. I like my meat well-done and this was not. I'm never eating there... again. The McDonald's and KFC in Dunedin is horrible. Never eat at these places, you will be disappointed. Read more
Upon requesting a simple requesting a simple replacement order in drive-through at 4:30 AM the manager refused to take care of... it and then threatened to call the police when I simply ask for the manager's name so that I could report the refusal to replacean order I was owed. They have very thin skin here. Reported to Mcds Corporate, and just filed a formal complaint with theBetter Business Bureau and Federal Trade Commission. THIS is why fast food workers do NOT deserve more than min wage! Read more
