Only had one time so maybe it was just a bad day. Ribs were definitely not smoked long enough, very chewy and hard to get off... the bone. Ibbis sandwich was good. Beans are very good. Slaw is good. Mac n cheese is ok. Read more
Roger's everything tastes amazing. I've had everything on the menu... twice. We had him cater our wedding it's so good. He's... always smiling, probably because his food is so good. You have to try the bacon wrapped fried oreos. HAVE TO. He has about 6different sauces from all around the US. There's something for everyone. Read more
Parked in downtown Dunedin just off the trail in the parking lot of Cotherman's Distillery and next door to HOB. You can't miss... the truck as it is wrapped in flames. :) The smell of smoke wafted through the air and I could NOT wait until he opened up. Wehad been looking forward to this ALL day long. Ordered the Currito and the Mac and Meat with a dessert of the oreos. Holy motherof bbq... Everything was smoked perfectly. The mac n cheese was good and looking back I would have ordered a side of queso andpoured it on top. The bacon wrapped/smoked/drizzled oreos were absolutely amazing. An explosion of confusion at first and then asmile across your face.... it is impossible to avoid. Ibbi is super friendly and a welcomed addition to the Dunedin/Tampa area.We will definitely be returning. There are several bbq places nearby and yes, they are good too, however, Ibbi's Q has the addedmystery of "food truck" food which, to me, elevates the food. It is easy to cook in a huge kitchen but cooking on a truck, doneby one person and everything being this good..... you win Ibby's Q. Well done. Read more

Great selection of thick ribs and sauces, pulled pork and chicken, and more. I had the Sampler, but I would recommend at least a... half slab if you?re a fat guy like me and if you?ve tried all the styles. The slaw was good, made fresh. The beans smokey andsweet. The gentleman working the food truck was extremely friendly and helpful. The barbecue food was good, if I didn't get sauce to go... with, I think I would have been a little disappointed. To me it seem to be a little on the dry side. I also got the mac andcheese for a side, wasn't a creamy mac and cheese like I was expecting but it was okay. I like supporting local places.
