Great breakfast! The service was fantastic. The staff is very friendly and they have several people waiting on you. Big portions... and delicious! If you want a good breakfast then check this place out. We ate inside but they have tables outside in the back ina shady area right next to the beautiful Pinellas Trail. Read more
I enjoyed the food. Parking is a challenge with a laundromat next door that refuses to allow anyone to park in their half of the... lot. In fact the lot was roped off and completely empty. I think a combo with eggs, bacon, hash browns and 2 pancakes would havebeen more desirable than what they have. If you want all this you have to add a short stack to the order which gets too pricey. Cozy little breakfast place, with indoor and outdoor seating. Familiar favorites with some unique offerings as well. Right... across the street from the Toronto Bluejays training field. I stop here every time I'm in Dunedin! Read more
Had a great lunch here. Back yard patio dining "on the Trail". A great menu - eclectic mix of German and Mexican - all... authentic. I had Bratwurst - excellent. And don't forget a bottle if Hoffbrau beer - very tasty! I hear this place can getpretty crowded...for a good reason. Check it out! Read more
These are the best waffles I have tasted in my entire life; soft with a hint of crisp and flavorful throughout the entire... waffle. I also enjoyed a surprise as the cook is German and after spending 18 years in Germany, the schnitzel took meback...????. Excellent service and food. It is a small quaint little place packed with personality and flavor! The prices werevery reasonable. Better go before they realize how good they are... You must try this for breakfast and/or lunch. This was my first time here and I?ve been dying to get here. The pictures are the Greek omelette, Huevos Rancheros, and the... Lobster Benedict. It was my first time at the New Home Plate! After reading critical unfounded comments on the Dunedin Facebook group I decided to... go have breakfast. Being a former restaurant owner I was disappointed to read rude comments and wanted to let people know howit really is! I was sat immediately and my coffee was promptly brought out. My server, Taylor was awesome! The omelet wasamazing and everyone was working together to serve the guests! The cook was fast and she was working alone at the time. Peopledon't understand how difficult working in a restaurant is. I was more than satisfied with my experience and I look forward tohaving another meal here! ???? thank you!! Read more
Great stop while riding the bike trail! Loved the outdoor seating and service. We had the eggs Benedict and I had the Florida... Benedict which was delicious and would have been perfect if the muffin wasn't soggy. Home fries were good. My mom enjoyed herMimosa and I had a bloody Mary. Read more
