We were traveling through the area and chose to dine in. There were no customers in the restaurant and no cars in the drive... thru. We ordered burgers and were told that they were out of lettuce. We asked the employee at the register if they could usesalad lettuce to put in our burgers. He called the female manager to the front and she said absolutely not. When we went tofill our beverages, the Free-style Coke machine was out of many of the flavors. This was especially disappointing because wewanted to try one that was advertised on the sign outside and it wasn't available. The lettuce thing is really ridiculous,especially since there are no customers here. I ran a fast food restaurant for many years and if I had run out of somethinglike lettuce, I would certainly have sent someone to a local grocery store with some petty cash to purchase lettuce. The bestpart of our visit was that a very friendly and helpful employee named Kevin who was waiting to start his shift greeted my in thelobby and saw that I had a cell phone charger and helped me locate and outlet to plug in and charge my phone. The WORST experience ever. Multiple orders were gone besides ours. One group of people went up 3 times for the same order. The... bathrooms were horribly dirty. The tables were dirty. The pop machine was broken and had sticky syrup all over the floor.Nothing was stocked. When the crowd left the dining room, no one hurried to clean up or anything. They all just started laughingand talking among themselves. Someone really needs to step in. Read more
Avoid this location! Went thru the drive thru, order was repeated correctly. One drink size was wrong and all they said was... sorry when told. No straws or napkins in either bag, my burger had cheese on it when it was ordered without and to top it off,no receipt on the bag! I do expect some level of accurate service.
