Very slow location? waited almost 20 min for my food, the soup I got was watery and gross, coffee was not fresh at all. The... bathroom are very dirty. Treys are all empty everything looks old and crusty. HOW IS THIS LOCATION OPEN?!!! I will be escalatingthis. I want a refund asap. Called the customer service line and they are all not helpful. Waited 10 minutes in the drive through for a pumpkin spice iced Capp. Was not in a rush so wasn?t too worried about timing this... time. Got to the counter to pay and they just gave me a plain looking iced Capp, no whip cream or topping. I asked the womanworking if I could please have the whipped cream and topping as usually they?re required to put on. She looks at me as if I?masking too much, puts on the smallest dab of whipped cream and then hands it to me. I?m paying near 5$ for a drink, you couldn?tbe bothered to make it right? Read more
Very very extremely unhygienic special since we all went through covid ... Ppl must know the importance of cleanliness by now... ... No paper towels .. and worse of all when we tried to order there were only 2 reps working n seemed like they were notinterested to take any orders coz we all were standing in a big line but they were busy doing their own stuff other thanattending us. Unfortunately both locations in Dundas are run by the same Manager and things continue to be awful ???? They always run out of... ingredients mid day and are severely under staffed. Today I was told they don't have small or medium coffee (I guess they ranout of cups) so instead of offering to make a medium in a large cup for the price of a medium (staff with proper customerservice training would know to do that) I was forced to order a large. I wish I could give 0 stars.. or please shut this place down. It took these two workers 30 minutes to make my brother and I a... steep tea.. I asked if she can upsize my drink for the 30 minute wait.. and she said no. We waited at 7:25pm and got out at7:55pm. There was a customer a head of us, she ordered something with 2 milk and 1 sugar but the girl that made her beverage didit incorrectly. so then the customer came back and asked if they could fix it. They didn't update the customer in how long thewait would be to make her drink, she waited about 5 minutes and asked how long will her drink be and the male worker said 5minutes, she got upset and left without getting a refund. Another customer that was a man came in waited about 5 minutes toorder.. there is no worker at the front to take care of customers. So he left. Men?s washroom out of service, women's washroom out of toilet paper. They had napkins in there piled on the toilet. My bagel... wasn?t heated like I asked, but was still alright. The cookie I ordered was fine too. Hence two stars. Nobody called me to tellme my mobile order was ready. They just left it there and walked away. The coffee is abysmal. Dark roast tastes like themachine hasn?t been cleaned in weeks (or even rinsed for that matter). Having managed a Tim Hortons before myself, I would guessthat if the auditor showed up right now this store would fail in every regard except cleanliness. I had ordered through uber eat and my 2 egg belt that I ordered 1 with lettuce and tomato no cheese and second one without... lettuce tomato and cheese, guess what they added all to egg belt my daughter and myself didnt ask for cheese and it wasadded. This is not it yet I also ordered 2 creamy chill it had an option to select from uber app it didnt come so theysubtracted money, but as I did get ice cappacino and it was spilled, and 4 chocolate dip donuts were smooshed! Most of thefood got wasted! Im very disappointed, i did complain uber head office they have refund me back but I really wanted to share myexperience at this location. Also in this location theres only 1 person running this place and adding stuff or missing stuff isoften was happening .. she cant run this store by herself, I was very very disappointed with her service. it did not onlyhappend today, it happened many times before and today I had to speak out, I dont know why im rating this store 1 star, thisstore dont deserve any rating! I ordered a drink and a donut. Even though I was waiting at the counter they put my donut down in front of the next person who... ordered, who handed it to me after checking if it was his. No apology, then after waiting for a good five minutes, my drinkappears with sticky foam all down the side, and is just left there without saying specifically what it was. I had to ask. Theperson working didn?t want to make any eye contact with me whatsoever. I don?t complain when people are slammed and obviouslyhaving a bad day, but this was just a complete lack of care in a nearly empty establishment with no drive thru. Read more
