We went to the Grand Opening event recently where they had offered free Burritos. I had the free Burrito whereas my son took the... paid Burrito bowl. But both were equally good. The flavors were good, portions were appropriate. My son even said that he wantsto have the same Burrito bowl for lunch everyday as they have the right combination of proportions, variety and spices. Theyasked him about the spice level before they made it. The staff was very polite and patient to explain everything. I met theowners as well, they were helping the staff and it appeared to be a nice place. It is not a very big place with too many tablesbut I guess it has enough for a few families to eat. And they had some empty space to add tables later. They did not cut cornersanywhere just because it was free. They really wanted their customers to have a good experience and come back again. It was agood marketing strategy but I think it was executed very well and it should work well. And I think people in Waterdown aregenerally very considerate about this kind of gesture. The best burrito I?ve had by a wide margin. Their flavors are amazing, their ingredients are always fresh, and the portions are... generous. Since they?ve opened, I?ve been multiple times and never been disappointed. Most importantly, the staff and ownersare very friendly, and it is always very clean. Best burritos I've had in the Waterdown/ Burlington area. They stuff the burritos with a lot of fresh ingredients and the... burritos do not fall apart upon consumption. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I recommend the ancho pork burrito as itis delicious. As someone who generally leans towards mild / medium spice, I found their medium salsa rather mild and now get thehot. Price point is also good, particularly if you order the burrito of the day which runs at 7.49 pre tax. Read more
