I went through tim?s and ordered a a bagel toasted with butter and cheddar, i did not receive any cheddar so I went back through... drive through was told they would re make it just for them to give me a bagel NOT toasted.. at least they remembered the cheddarthis time. Let alone we waited 35 minutes in drive through? Not impressed, if your staff don?t know what they?re doing, maybeTRAIN them. Cashier took our order, 3 cookies, a tea and a coffee. Two other people came in and she took their orders before filling our... order. A coworker told her she needs to prepare each order after paid. Coworker proceded to dull orders 2 & 3. We were first inbut last out???? Unimpressed! Read more
Pretty solid this Tim Hortons on Highway 10. The only thing that frustrates me about this place and it's not Tim Hortons fault.... It's the people outside selling wax for your vehicles. When you're pumping gas or just rolling in to get darts are a donut.These people can be pushy. They're not here all the time, but when they are it's a hassle. It's kind of like when Canadian Tirehas cheap gas but there's people there trying to sign you for credit cards. It's annoying like that. Read more
Perfect place to put a gas station as there are otherwise no stops in my trip to Collingwood. The Timmy's is clean, but the... payment area for gas/goodies is ghetto looking! Be careful getting in and out, it's busy. Read more
It was not too busy when I went there but the people working were not serious about their job. They took forever to take orders.... There were so many employees there but I could hardly see 2-3 of them working. Rest were busy in their own world, they did notcare about the customers who have been waiting from quite sometime. I wish I could just zero rate this place. They are not eligible for one star as well. Worst customer service ever I received.... We were in total 10 friends, ordering pretty well order. One guy took our order, then messed up with the whole order. Everythingthat we order is wrong when it comes to our hand. We ordered hot chocolate, they didn't gave us at all. We ordered jalapeñobagel where they didn?t put anything and gave us burned one. Didn't agreed to change and make fresh one. To avoid that situation the manager told us that the bagel is not available now. The whole team were so rude. At last they mentioned that youshould have not order this much. I guess Tim Hortons are now not able to prepare perfect order above the range of $30-$40. Soguys I recommend to go somewhere else and avoid Tim. Read more
It was open and had caffeine. The people were pleasant but honestly if there was any other option I'd take it.
