It was a nice spot. I loved there food the whole time I been in the area all my life, I never really knew that, it was here or... probably just didn't pay attention to it. Don't let the name fool you. It's a long shot from the customer experience of the previous business; Papa Leones Spaghetti... Restaurant. The food is fairly good, the service is fairly poor. Seems to attract alot of unfavorable patrons. Read more
Got the brisket bites, crabby burger and seafood grilled cheese. Everything was delicious, prices were good, staff was friendly... and fast. Edit: went back a few days later. Much busier on Friday. Got a rueben and the pork and rice. Both were delicious. Read more
Went to Papa?s last night on a coin flip and I?m so glad it was heads! The atmosphere was amazing; great crowd and every person... there was having a great time! They added a third pool table which was awesome and the food!! Let me tell you about that creamof crab soup. It was loaded with crab meat and had an amazing flavor. The new owners were super-friendly and the staff wasfast and pleasant. Great service, great food, great people, GREAT TIME! Definitely going back. Go check it out; you will notbe disappointed. Simply amazing. Our family of food lovers have long searched local restaurants for a "wow" factor. Let me tell you, this is... it. We stopped by on a Saturday afternoon and were attentively waited on by Jennifer. Despite it being a bar/restaurant, itstill had a family feel. I was pleasantly surprised that they actually had a kid's meal menu. We ordered the pork lollipops,smoked chicken wings, BBQ pulled pork sandwich with gouda mac-n-cheese (to die for, by the way) and a kid's pit turkey slidermeal with fries. While we waited for our meal, we chowed down on their in-house made chips that were served warm and crispy (hadwe known how large our meal portions would be, we would have probably saved more room by eating a little less of these deliciouscrisps...) Our food was plentiful and flavorful. Already impressed with the portion of the food and the delectable nature ofeach item we ordered, I was even more surprised at our check. Ate here recently and the food was good, and so were the prices. Has a few pool tables inside, and a decent beer selection.... People were friendly and so were the staff. I wouldnt say the place is amazing, but its quality, good and, has appropriateprices. Ill definitely be back! Read more
