(9/10/2022) The staff tonight was more concerned with their friend and her baby than customer orders. I walked in at the same... time as another customer, and the woman who had a baby sitting on the counter turned around to tell us that orders were takingover an hour tonight, laughed, then turned back around to continue the conversation with her friends who were supppsed to beworking. Random person wearing slippers, standing on crates and holding a baby on the counter? What? Our order was missing anentire pizza, and two other customers had to take their orders back in for missing items as well. After waiting another 40minutes, we finally received one hot pizza, one stuffed crust pizza that was burnt on bottom and had to be reheated, and thejalapeno popper rolls looked more like Domino's cheesy bread instead of what is advertised by Papa John's. And it was cold,which isn't surprising since we had to wait so long for the missing part of our order. Seriously, why was there someone justhanging out talking to employees and customers? Order was wrong and delivered really late (on a weekday), and not left at the door as requested. Pizza dough was burnt on the... edges and stretched so thin in the middle that it all fell apart when picked up. I would call and ask them to fix it, but asslow as they are, I'd be eating at midnight. Definitely not worth the price. Read more
Worst customer service ever. It seems like there?s no accountability even with the ?managers?. Walked in and the bigger long... haired guy looked at me and didn?t even bother attending me. He was too busy talking to the other guy that was making the pizza.They were playing music super loud it?s so unprofessional. Seriously one of the worst customer service experiences I ever had.It?s happened several times, even the last time the guy that was attending customers was on the phone with his airpod chewinggum. Ordered online to pick up. I had to pay cash (no biggie) because the website said it couldn?t take credit card payments at the... time. They were quick and the pizza was exactly what I was craving. I got a thin crust extra sauce, extra pepperoni and extracheese well done ???? they didn?t skimp on anything. My son called it a ?Ninja Turtle Pizza? and he was rite! ???? By far the worst pizza place ever! They have the worst customer service! I placed an order about 2 hours ago and didn?t hear... from them, i called over and over again and no answer. I had to drive to see what was going on with my order, when I get therethe guy said they are closed as he is talking on his personal phone. I proceeded to ask about my order when he tells whoever ison the other line ?there?s an angry customer?. Then he tells me my order was canceled because the line broke. No phone call noemail nothing. Employee name Jamie likes to ring up something else than what you order and pocket the rest. Gave me the wrong receipt so I... couldn?t tell what he ranged up. Then added a $3 tip for himself. I ordered a Large pepperoni pizza with three toppings and wasgiven a medium 12? inch pizza with three toppings. Even on the box it says 14? but measured it all around and was exactly 12?even had everyone asking is that even a large. I honestly think Mr. Jamie rung up my large as a medium pizza and charged me theprice of a large but wasn?t a large. Stay away from this place! Scammers work there!
