On Friday, May 13th I placed an online order for 15 pepperoni pizzas and scheduled it to pick it up on Saturday, May 14th at... 1:45 pm at this location. On Saturday morning at around 11am (2 hours prior to pick up) we called the location asking that weneeded to reduce the number of pizza orders to just 8, not 15 due to a change in the number of attendees at our event. A verysimple request to simply reduce the amount of pizzas turned into turmoil, the manager gave me the complete runaround and told meevery excuse in the book that this request could not be made. Saying my pizzas were already made (2 hours before pick up?), shewas not able to locate the order number because she could only look up orders 15 minutes prior to pick up? The order wasalready complete and cannot be done? etc. To make a long story short she then hung up on me. Because our event was in a fewhours I figured I'd just settle for the 15 pizzas I ordered. I'd rather have some then none. Upon pick up time which I did stillreceive the text alert and email stating my order was ready, I had someone pick up the pizzas. When he arrived he called mesaying they canceled the order completely. My pizzas were never made. I immediately called her back saying I never once statedI wanted to cancel my order and went back and forth for a few minutes going no where. At this point we left with no pizza and norefund. This location literally stole my money. She called within 24 hours I'd receive a refund. We are now at business day 3(May 18th) and not refund has been credited to my account. The manager here is horrible, rude and completely unprofessional. Becareful when ordering here, especially large orders. I am currently in the process of going through my bank to file a dispute. This place is ran horribly. Just left. The two young girls up front are sweet but the Hispanic woman that seems to be in charge... was super unorganized and rude. She was not doing anything but barking orders and had the rest flustered. She also saw my orderwas ready but was to busy ordering others around to pass me my pizza and one of the nicer young girls passed me them. I.Understand many come for the hot and ready but put a limit on the orders if fulfilling them is difficult. Read more
If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a pizza for delivery and the pizza wasn?t fully cooked. I called and the girl that... answered the phone asked if I could pick up a replacement to which I replied no could it be delivered. She is heard talking tocoworkers and they are talking about cooking times. Then one rude girl says that?s her fault she ordered all them toppings. Ionly had three toppings it wasn?t my fault that they didn?t know how to cook it. Came in at 9:20pm on a Tuesday. They were slow. No orders being worked on and no customers in the lobby. Tried to order a... stuffed crust but was told they were not making any custom orders because it took too long and they were about to close. Theytried to sell me the 3 pizzas they had already made. I proceeded to order 4 hot and readys so they said it would be a 20 minutewait if I ordered the one extra since they only had 3 ready. I said I would wait.(I don't think they expected that) I then askedhow long it would have been for a stuffed crust and Maritza said way longer than the 20 minutes. I do like coming here 4 Lunch my food is always hot ???? and I like the lunch combo that they have it was 5.41 now it's 6.00... due to everything is going up. Lunch combo includes a personal pan pizza ???? and a Bottle Drink of your choice. Read more

I'm a fan of lil Caesar, especially for the kids! But I ordered the thin crust for myself recently and it was delicious. Added... mushrooms/black olives and extra cheese! The wings are decent if you just have to have some wings. Read more
