Everytime I eat here they manage to mess up the food. The cashiers are often rude. I spoke to Andre Looney/ district manager who... assured me he would make things right by sending me some coupons. That was on 4/27, still no coupons. I'm to the point now I'mabout to stop frequenting Jack in the Box. Read more
I always come through here around 1:00 - 3:00 a.m. and I must say don't let the line wrapping around the building discourage... you. The night crew is awesome best team I've seen at a box location and in duncanville we have two to choose from I'll never goback to the other one again!! The white guy on window with long hair (Think his name was Alex) was very kind, entertained mykids during the wait and gave us large drinks instead of mediums due to the wait! I hate that it has came down to me posting a bad review ,Being that this is the second time this happens I have no trust .... I... got a sourdough jack asked for extra pickles was charged 40 cents cool no problem but I only get 3 pickles smh.....and mind notomatoes but did they deduct 50 cents for that nope ...I have to travel to another one in another city now to get my Jack Fix...
